I have had BMW probably for more than 10 years now. I cannot express how happy I am to finally find a shop that you can trust. Not only that but the amazing help and knowledge of the staff. They diagnosed my car and fixed it in less than a day. GREAT PRICING AND IM SO HAPPY. Thanks guys

Jay and his team over at Bavarian Car Care are top-notch. As somebody who is very particular about where they take their car, I always do extensive research and after hearing stellar testimonials from a couple of people, going to Bavarian Car Care was a no-brainer. I can now say with confidence, after my experience with Bavarian, that they have a new customer for life! Jay could not have been more honest, professional, and accommodating. I would highly suggest taking your BMW M model cars to Bavarian Car Care any day!

As the owner of 2 BMW, I can say I have found a new home for my car care. I have visited this shop 2 times and have not been disappointed. From the initial phone call and small updates every step of the way to finally picking up my keys and driving off, this crew of mechanics remained top-notch and professional. On 08/31/22 I visited Bavarian Car Care and before my actual visit I called last minute inquiring about a work order/part for my 04' Mini Cooper. Jay took my call 5 minutes before closing and guided me in the right direction. Fast forward to 08/31 and the service in person was just as professional. Service was on point and the labor cost couldn't be matched. Jay and his crew are top notch! I look forward to doing business again in the near future. If your looking for a knowledgeable and reliable shop that specializes in BMW and Mini's I'd say look no further 👍 Thanks again to Jay and his team 🙏 If I can give 10 Stars I would. These types of Mechanical Shops and Professionalism is extremely hard to find in Miami.

We have been using Bavarian Car Care for our 2011 Mini for over 7 years. This is not an easy car to work on. To say that Jay and his team are excellent would be an understatement. Very trustworthy, patient, and excellent customer service. Prices, service, and expertise is the best. Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience. My daughters Mini Cooper AC stopped working. I did not call just showed up. Jay and his team took the car in. Bavarian is your absolute best goto BMW car care team in Miami (and maybe anywhere). There are many reasons for this. I have worked with shops in many locations around the country (including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, and Miami, to name a few). Frankly Jay and Glenn, and their team are the best I have ever experienced. The foundation for this at Bavarian, is second-to-none vehicle knowledge and maintenance skill / experience, coupled with absolute honesty and integrity. As an example, I recently had some repair issues on one of my BMWs that other shops would have immediately optimized (choose the most expensive way to fix it). Given the subtle complexity to the mechanical issue, the customer would not have been the wiser, and the repair would have been very expensive (multiple $ thousands). Bavarian, does not work that way. You will get a clear, thorough and honest assessment of what your vehicle issues are, and recommendations accordingly. Additionally, if you are worried about the stereotype of being female or less mechanically knowledgeable, and walking into a typical repair shop expecting to be taken advantage of, fear not. I send my daughter here with her 4 Series, and don’t ever need to second guess what she is being advised on, regarding service and repairs. Conversely, I would never send someone with limited mechanical knowledge to a dealer for service. That’s where you really get taken advantage of (although you do get a frothy latte from the coffee machine in the dealer lounge, that costs you an extra $1,000 - sorry they don’t offer that at Bavarian). Jay, Glen and Bavarian Car Care truly care about their customers, and customer vehicle outcomes. See for yourself.

My car broke down coincidentally across the street from Bavarian car care around lunch time. I walked over and spoke to Jay. He assured me he would send a technician over immediately after lunch to diagnose the problem. They found the issue and had the vehicle repaired before the close of business that day. Very straight forward and fair. Will definitely be returning for future repairs/maintenance and would absolutely recommend.
