Took my 2014 228i here because I got a check engine light a few days after purchasing it. They helped install a new down pipe, fixed an oil gasket housing leak and made sure the car was running smooth again. Turnaround time was super quick and the communication was good the whole time. Rates were totally fair and I will be returning again to fix some issues identified during their inspection which was much more thorough than two previous mechanics were.

Brought my M2 in for an oil change. Amazing service all around. Andrew (shop owner) is a great guy to chat with and talk cars! The shop is awesome, with plenty of heavy hitter Ms being worked on. Don't go anywhere else! These guys are worth every cent!

I have nothing but kind words to say about Andrew and his team! The actuator went out in my girls E90 M3, and I called about 5 different shops just looking for a quote to replace them. All they could say was, “we need the car her to give you a quote”, “can’t give you a quote because the car isn’t here to see what’s wrong with it”. These were all euro shops as well!! Then I found this place some may call heaven, and Andrew didn’t hesitate to give me a quote, and didn’t make me feel pressured to bring her car here! I truly appreciate how chill, helpful, and thorough on any questions I had! If you have a bimmer without a doubt you should bring it here! Specially if it’s a M series! Even though it took a little while for parts I’m not upset about it what so ever, for the fact I didn’t feel pressured, and anything they told me I could trust because you can definitely feel the love they have for Bimmers! Thank you Andrew!! I’ll definitely only be coming here to get work done!

I recently had my 2012 535i Xdrive worked on by Andrew and his team to replace a punctured fuel tank. Andrew is exceptional at communicating with you and letting you know what the status of your vehicle is. As with any repair shop, the cost is usually high, especially with these cars, but Andrew was able to keep it at a pretty reasonable price as their labor rate is below the dealer rate. When you walk into the shop you can tell that they love what they do. They ONLY specialize in BMW repair so that alone tells you what their passion is. I would recommend them to anyone who needs great reliable service. Avoid the dealer and go here. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Got some suspension work done on my G87, was definitely apprehensive as there’s plenty that could go wrong, but everything was installed professionally, I got regular updates during, and the car came back as clean as it went in. I’ve put close to a thousand miles on it since the install and waited until now to review just in case there were any issues, but there are none. Wouldn’t hesitate (won’t, actually) to take my car back to them.

Have made my 2023 M2 in a few times now, suspension, adding carbon fiber and now Dinan exhaust..shop is cool, Andrew has jobs done when he says and for reasonable money..I have referred folks there and he takes car of them..just cool..thanks guys

I was looking to do a Stage 1 tune for my 440i Coupe. I considered several options but decided to go with the Bootmod3, which is what BH supports. Andrew was very upfront about the details so I had them perform the service. They charged me less than the upfront estimate and the car is a monster now (putting it in Sport+ and stepping on it is exhilarating!). I am very satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Andrew and his team are the best! Had a drain plug leak and they kept going at it until they fixed the leak. Could’ve easily said to replace the oil pan but, they never gave up and eventually sealed the leak. Also, did a great job on my spark plugs! Best shop by far!

I will never take my bmw to a different shop ever again, this shop is the best shop I’ve ever worked with. Customer service is absolutely AMAZING, their prices are amazing, they’re quick with their work but still provide outstanding quality service. They’re quick to respond when it comes to questions or concerns and will even work with you on whatever issues personal to your situation to get you the best service for your bmw. There been numerous times they stayed late and waited for me to get to the shop to pick my car up because the time I got off work was technically after the shop closed and they stayed late and waited for me before they closed up. They even let me borrow a part for a few weeks to make sure my car would run until my next appointment at the shop to get that part replaced because I couldn’t afford it at that time. I’ve NEVER been to a shop that would do that. Things like that have made me a loyal customer to this shop and I recommend this shop to anyone with a BMW.

Andrew and his team at Bavarian House go far above and beyond any other shop in the Pacific Northwest. They communicate clearly and quickly and their work is no different. On several occasions for tricky repairs on our F30 they have excelled at a competitive price point, especially for a shop that specializes in BMW. Needless to say, Bavarian House is the ONLY shop that we will ever take our car.

I brought my 2005 X5 4.4i to Andrew and John to get the difficult (for me) job of replacing the leaking alternator bracket seal. I asked them to give me a health report of my car. I work on my two bimmers myself, though some jobs are too much for me. After a list of things, we discussed (very clear and prompt communications, and never rushed), we agreed on a partial list. I had a budget I couldn't go over, so Andrew helped me prioritize. One job I decided to do on my own were the more mundane repairs like control arms. However after coming home I realized both front axle seals were leaking. It is possible to miss these since there was so much oil leakage from the bracket seal. I called and learned that they removed the axle to get to the bracket, but did not replace the seal (customary to do so), John was very quick to suggest that he should have done so, and that I should bring the car back and he will replace the seal. It is hard to find honest people let alone honest mechanics. I really appreciated John's acceptance and willingness to make it right. No one is perfect, though these guys come close to it. Andrew even gave me pointers on how I should install the new axle seal on the passenger side myself. Who does that? This is the only shop I will trust my two bimmers. So can you.

Not many people will void their 4 year warranty after 2k miles but when there is a shop as trust worthy and reliable as this it just makes sense to upgrade your car. Trusted Andrew and the team with my 2024 g80 m3 I bought brand new and got a list of mods done from charge pipes to upgraded turbos. They delivered, everything was perfect no exaggeration, will be going back and will 100% be recommending and repping this shop any chance I get.

These guys are great. The battery on my 2018 X2 suddenly died, they were able to squeeze me in the next day and also saved me hundreds compared to what the dealership wanted. Super knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Worth the drive to have Bavarian House work on your bmw. The experience and knowledge is apparent right away. They went out of their way to make sure i was taken care of since i live 1.5 hours away storing my car for several days even with very limited available space until a back ordered product arrived. I wont take my cars anywhere else even for simple services.

Andrew and his team truly go above and beyond for there customers and have the best BMW shop in town. Took my E90M3 in for the rod bearing service! They provide many updates and pictures during the service and also found a few extra things that needed attention. Their work is top notch, with good prices, and you can always rely on them to get the job done. Thanks again Andrew!

Highly recommend Bavarian House for any type of BMW job. I took my BMW 335i for a transmission swap and to fix the mistakes another shop did to my car, they got the job done quick. I personally had a really great experience with this shop. Andrew took care of my car and sure will for yours too.

These guys kill it! Andrew and Logan replaced the crankhub, downpipes and midpipe on my F80 M3. The attention to detail and price point of service is absolutely remarkable and unbeatable in the area. This is my first m car and I will absolutely be bringing it back to them for future service and upgrades. Anyone who needs their BMW diagnosed, serviced or upgraded should hit these guys up.

My Toyota Supra had an engine failure that was not covered under warranty. I made the mistake of trusting Toyota the dealership to handle the swap of my motor. They messed the job up so bad my Car new engine almost failed at start up. I had the car towed to Bavarian house the next day. Within 12 hours they had resolved the issue I knew about and all the other problems I didn’t that Toyota had created. Bavarian house has made my Supra better than it was before the swap and I will be coming here with all my cars for the foreseeable future. Andrew has been one of the best mechanics I’ve ever come across and he’s become a good friend through the whole process. One stop shop is all I can say! Thank you Bavarian house for everything!

Andrew and his team are simply the best BMW shop I have ever encountered. The work is top notch. The prices are reasonable. The attention to detail is impeccable. This is a shop capable of taking on big complex jobs, and delivering. I came to Andrew needing some very specific work on my E92 M3. He not only knew exactly what I was after and why I was doing it, but showed expertise and knowledge in dealing with some of the uncommon performance parts on the car. He quoted a fair and reasonable price for the job considering the work involved. His team found and corrected additional issues unknown to me, provided solutions to scenarios where custom parts were needed, and delivered the car on time. Excellent customer service and communication. Kept me informed each step of the way. Responsive and detailed. After a few days checking everything over since getting the car home, everything looks absolutely perfect. Fantastic work.

For the past few years, I've entrusted Andrew with servicing all of my BMWs. From tackling major issues like a blown engine in my old BMW 135is to routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes for my M2 Comp, he's handled it all effortlessly. Andrew has consistently accommodated my needs, even squeezing in last-minute fixes into his schedule. At this point, he's become my my guy of choice for any BMW-related concerns. I wouldn't consider taking my M5 Comp to anyone else but him!

I brought my e92 335is to Bavarian House after being quoted a high price for some repairs at my regular shop. Not only was Andrew able to quote me a better price, by almost $500, but he managed to have my warranty cover majority of the work. My last shop, that I have been using for a few years, did not even want to try and use my warranty because they didn’t think the work would be covered. Andrew truly goes above and beyond for his customers! Hands down the best BMW mechanic I have been to. I will definitely be taking my e92 to Bavarian House for all future repairs and modifications.

Tried my own coilover / brake upgrades and got tired of working on it before finishing all the way. Andrew and his crew had no problem from me bringing in work in progress car with parts and finished it from where I left where most of the other shops refused to take work.
