AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!! Took my vehicle in for an oil leak and ended up with my vehicle being involved in an accident because the mechanic decided to drive it for his own leisure over the weekend. Gave him the opportunity to repair my vehicle but have been given the run around. It’s been about a month and my vehicle has not been touched. I will now have to take legal action.

Please be very careful leaving your vehicle with this shop. It has been a month since mechanic at this shop decided to go for a joy ride in vehicle only to end up wrecking it. We’ve followed up with him multiple times and each time was told he’s working on it, come back on Friday and it will be done. Come Saturday we find out that the car hasn’t even been touched

They'll take your car on a spin and if something happens to it, they don't take responsibility. "It’s been about a month since my mechanic decided to go for a joy ride in my vehicle only to end up wrecking it (picture below of vehicle 2 days after the wreck). I’ve followed up with him multiple times and each time he tells me he’s working on it or come back on Friday and it will be done. I go to the shop a few days after he said it would be complete only to find my car has not been touched or worked on 😡 I’ve remained patient for as long as I could but I’ve had enough." The mechanics name is Carlos. If you are in the DFW area do not bring your vehicle to this shop!!

This place definitely bailed me out! Water pump went out on my BMW, I called around looking for quotes. John with Bavarian put my mind at ease, gave me a reasonable estimate! Car was repaired in 1 day! I’m pleased with their service and I would definitely recommend them to all BMW drivers! I’m back enjoying riding in my Bimmer! Thanks Fam!

Fixed my 528i in one day. The valve cover gasket is not an easy job. It was for them. Good straightforward service. At a price that others were quoting a lot more for. John is very knowledgeable about BMWs, more than you would expect. He is my go-to-guy from now on. Thanks John.

John is so nice, he did not charged me the first I had something done on my car. And then, the next time I needed to replace a little metal part on the exterior, and again he did not charge me for it. I thought this would be an expensive place to go, but apparently not. That is why I am using this shop. And I am now sad that they are moving farther from. But I would still follow them wherever they are moving. Thank you, John. I hope you stay as that!

Nobody knows BMW's better. It's quality work for sometimes not so quality cars. Straight forward, no nonsense diagnosis and estimates. Friendly staff and hundreds if not thousands cheaper than dealership costs. Don't go anywhere else or you'll learn the hard way that Bavarian is the only way.

Great experience. David and John were very helpful and honest. Took care of my drivetrain malfunction caused by some rodents getting under my hood and chewing away at the Fuel rail pressure sensor wiring connection. Also did a oil change and fluid check on my 2015 BMW 428i. Will continue to use for issues and maintain vehicle here.

I had a general question about my BMW and John took the time to answer my questions over the phone today. He was happy to help and answer any BMW question I had. He didn't make me feel like I was a burden for calling instead of coming in with my vehicle. I can tell by my conversation with him over the phone that he's an honest person and just loves helping customers. He took the time to ask me questions to make sure he's understanding my explanation and make sure we're on the same page. Usually, shops are annoyed when customers call and ask a bunch of questions, but not John! That says a lot about his character and service.

I usually do a lot of DIY maintenance on my e46 and decided the struts were due for replacements. Unfortunately I don't have a decent spring compressor and auto store rental spring compressors are pretty sketchy. Attempted the rental compressor (didn't work out well, don't recommend it) and after realizing it wasn't going to work and I was on a time constraint getting my car finished I remembered seeing this place and gave them a call. I brought my strut assembly's to them and they were able to take the time out of their day to switch out my new struts onto the springs for me and I was able to get my new struts installed. They were super kind and seemed really knowledgeable and I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a good independent bmw shop!

Nest BMW guys in the regional area. Rate very high due to John being an automotive genius and engineer. Hes German decent and its like you are back in Germany getting service. Very direct personality. but fun loving. Len is really good too.
