Great customer service and appointment experience. It’s evident that this company is truly passionate about cars and making sure yours stays in tip top shape. With European luxury cars, you need to make sure your auto shop has all the proper certification. Bavarian goes above and beyond the quality you receive at the Mercedes dealership while saving you at least $500.

I had a great experience with the Barvarian team. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to do custom work in a timely manner and I haven’t had any problems with the car yet. It drives like new again after getting serviced, couldn’t be happier!

Called the shop and got voicemail so I left a message, got a call back within 15 minutes, I had a technical question and Shawn was very helpful, took the time to speak with me and referred me to a vendor they use. Great mechanics and great shop very professional and was willing to Answer questions also they have a great program they use with videos and pictures. Honestly, I have never experienced a mechanic shop like this before they were on top of the game and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I need some more stuff done to the vehicle and will definitely be bringing it back. Thank you guys and definitely recommend this place to get any work done.

They were recommended by a couple of neighbors, gave them a try as the Stealer had such poor customer service. They communicated well, did what they said they would do, price was as agreed. I found them honest and easy to deal with and would highly recommend them to others. We will be back as they are our new go to place for service.

Brought my 2005 BMW 325Ci in to have the front suspension replaced. The team over there (Brandon, Kaine, Shawn) were great and took care of my aging ride. I will definitely be going back to have more work done on my car and since it is an E46, it is almost guaranteed to require more work.

Drove 2 hours from Savannah, Ga for a pre purchase inspection for my Macan 3.6 Turbo. Bavarian completed one of the best inspections I’ve ever received on a vehicle and they kept me updated throughout the entire process with photos & videos. The owner was very knowledgeable about performance and maintenance. If you need a reputable mechanic for your Porsche, I Highly recommend BAVARIAN RS ! Today they gained a new customer .

Had a bad experience with these guys, I called and asked for a quote to get something fixed on my 1985 vehicle, the guy on the phone which probably was the owner, he quoted me a price of $250 to take a look at the problem, which is one of the most outrageous prices I ever heard for something so minor. I therefore told him I will get a second opinion, he immediately told me he refuse to work on my car because of the age. Keep in mind he knew the age of my car before he even call me back, and was all willing to working on it until I told him I was going to get a second opinion, now he want to say he decline to work on because of the age. This place in my opinion is over priced and a totally rip off!!!!

Had a terrific user experience this week at Bavarian Rennsport for service on a RS6 Avant. Couldn't have asked for more. Sean and Kaine offered a terrific overview of their operation/capabilities and philosophy. CJ performed the technical details to perfection. Highly recommend Bavarian Rennsport, Sean and Kaine, they are not only amazing professionals but great human beings. My experience has been always very positive and feels like family. You know you are paying fairly for TOP NOTCH services. In fact, they reupholster my 991.1 GT3 headliner, by mistake they receive a much higher priced product and didn’t allow me to pay for the extra quality material (Italian made). I brought my 2023 Audi RS6 in to have an APR intake installed, new tires installed and balanced, and have my prior installed AWE exhaust inspected and adjusted. They were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and fast to get all of those services done. The team went above and beyond and even noted some concerns on my old tires, as well as fixing some exhaust leaks from prior improper install. The APR intake looks and sounds great, and I will definitely be bringing back my vehicle to Bavarian Rennsport for future services!

I had Bavarian do a pre purchase inspection of a 2009 Porsche Boxster that I was considering buying. They did a very detailed and thorough inspection of the car. While it was mechanically very sound, the extent of deferred maintenance that needed to be done caused me to decline the purchase. Only through Bavarian did I save myself extensive unexpected expense. Thanks guys for such an excellent job!

I have two vehicles that required maintenance and some mid-level services. I was using another facility that provided me with good service, but the rates being charged were becoming prohibitive and honestly, ridiculous. I went to meet with the guys at Bavarian after reading and hearing some excellent reviews. After I met with Kane and hearing his take on those services, I moved forward and have been truly glad that I did. The entire experience with all the staff has been wonderful and I’m totally comfortable with Bavarian providing all my future automotive service needs.

Rennsport is a totally professional and thorough operation, but not necessarily a pleasant one. They do a thorough inspection of the car; provide a full pictorial view of all exterior flaws and a written detail report of mechanical issues and needed repairs. Doors open at 9:00 AM and close at 5:00 and there is no access before or after. There is no time for chit chat other than 'what's wrong' and the very thorough electronic intake process and fees. Having said that, the work is thorough, the car is analyzed and diagnosed completely and the work is highly competent and complete. Yes, it is expensive and there are no little touches or add on's: but you know what they found, what they fixed in detail, the costs, the labor and result.

Shawn and his crew are fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Took my Ferrari California T there to undergo diagnostic work. They quickly figured out the cause of a vibration and shudder in the car at high speed and determined that I had flat spots on the tires making it impossible to balance the tires. They installed new tires and the vibration and shudder is gone. They are a top notch shop and I would recommend them to anyone needing service on their exotic car.

This shop definitely has your back. I’m a DIY guy and whenever I get stuck they are always there to get me out of a pinch. And also I get to talk to the mechanic and learn about how not to get stuck in that situation again. Best shop out here in Jax.

Very friendly service, and will show you on your car what they find if there’s something found on it. For me it was my brakes, tires and a timing chain. They have a lot of history with BMW and expertise on their cars, which is exactly what I needed. They got everything needed pretty quick and got me back in within less than a week. The courtesy Uber ride that comes with service is huge perk, was able to get myself back to work and back up to their business once they completed the work on my car. I was surprised at what a difference it made in how my car drives, felt like new when it first came off the lot. Huge thank you for their work

We had a wiring issue under the drivers seat of our RV that is on a Mercedes Tracker Van chassis. I am very pleased with the immaculate work that was done. Everything works and the wiring has been secured appropriately. It looks brand new. They did such a better job that the dealer service ever did. Bravo!! We will be back.

I called in to get a quote. Within minutes, I was emailed a detailed quote with a link to accept or decline the services. It couldn't have been easier to schedule an appointment, they were able to take my vehicle in the same day. I was able to drop off and pick up my vehicle without any contact, which is great considering social distancing. If I could give this mechanic more stars, I would. Thank you for your help and honest prices, and thank you for honoring military service members.

I’m a first timer and now a lifetime customer. I had driven by Bavarian Rennsport several times and always wondered. When it came time to have my BMW serviced I made an appointment for the next day. Top notch operation & service, and also quick. I was in an out in about an hour and a half. I highly recommend this place. I took pictures of the Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Audi’s and other BMWs that were being serviced, but I don’t think it would be appropriated for me to post here.

This was my second experience with Bavarian Rennsport - both times I received outstanding service and attention. Kaine kept me updated, allowed me to speak directly with the mechanic to fully explain my issue, and they repaired only the items needed without trying to upsell me on additional services (a rarity these days). They will definitely be receiving my business for any future BMW maintenance or repair needs.
