If you are looking for a mechanic that knows his craft and an auto repair shop that stands on integrity, honesty, and compassion, Baxter's Automotive is your place. You can tell that they care about you, your safety, and your vehicle by the quality of work and costumer service. My experience with Ed and Patricia is exactly what is written in all the reviews. To reiterate, Ed is excellent at explaining issues and answering questions in laymen's terms (a true sign of a expert). He takes you into the shop to show you the issue on the car or will bring the part out to the waiting room. Patricia is also excellent. She makes scheduling a breeze, Her communication is fast, clear, and concise. She walks you through the itemized maintenance list, cost, and what to prioritize. It makes it so easy to budget and plan out your car maintenance without unexpected surprises. For the expertise and quality of work, you cannot beat the price. Highly, highly recommend them.

Baxter’s Automotive is a great place to take your vehicle if you care about Performance, Honesty and Accuracy, Ed has serviced my VW vehicle for about 4 years now and I have only had great experiences with the services they offer. I trust Baxter’s (Ed) knows more about my vehicle than I do and when they make recommendations, I know they are necessary and legitimate. I hope if you are looking for a great place to go you see all these other great reviews and you give Ed and Patricia a try. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Baxter’s did an excellent job with my VW. I had been looking for a good alternative to the dealer. Baxter’s returned my call right away, gave me a quote, and scheduled my service in a timely manner. My total came in less than quoted and I was shown all the parts that were replaced with an explanation of service. Clear communication, honest and fair, and timely. I’m so happy to have found a local, trustworthy mechanic.

Great experience getting my oil changed here. They showed me the air filter that didn’t properly fit and made sure to get one that did fit properly. Will be using them for all car repairs now! Thank you Ed and Patricia for providing such great service. Please give Ben some belly rubs too!

I would highly recommend Ed and Patricia at Baxters. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and will get it right the first time! Since moving to the springs we have been to a couple dealer shops and all were absolutely horrible and overpriced just to damage your car! Baxter is NOT at all like anyone around here. They are amazing and would recommend all our fellow military families to support this small family owned business.

This shop is worth the wait. It’s the real deal. A true small business. Ed is the mechanic & Patricia runs the front. Baxter’s Automotive was referred to us by a neighbor; and, thank goodness. We really needed someone who could diagnose an electrical issue on our Honda that other shops could not figure out. While I did have to wait a few days for an appointment , it was worth the wait and the wait did save me money. Ed is very knowledgeable, experienced & professional. The customer service was excellent, both Ed & Patricia were friendly and empathetic to my situation. Ed is incredibly talented; his diagnostic skill is very detail oriented & thorough. Once Ed diagnosed my electrical problem ( same day ), his explanation was easy to follow and understand. Both Ed & Patricia are very good listeners & resourceful in researching any technical bulletins &/or recalls. I felt taken care of and I knew my car was in good hands. Since they figured out my electrical “gremlin,” I have not had any issues. I really wanted to take the time to say thank you and express my appreciation for their services. You really do make a difference. Thank you for all you do.

Baxter's was my grandparents go to mechanic for a long while and since I could drive they have been my #1 most trusted and go-to mechanic. I moved out of state for half a year and couldn't find a mechanic even close to their quality. Usually go here for general maintenance but when I get repairs I don't have to ask them twice and I am shown the parts that were replaced. 10/10 amazing work while also being fast and affordable.

I've worked with baxters a few times now and they have always been wonderful to me, they are super kind, truthful, and honest with whatever work needs to be done! They are a small shop but definitely mean to do the best work around, will definitely recommend to anyone and will go back if I ever need work done again, but so far so good!

Baxter's is the best mechanical service for both my Honda Accord and my wife's BMW. This is the 3rd Honda Accord that the Baxter's has taken care, and before that my Land Rover. I trust Ed and Patricia. they have tremendous Knowledge and skill. when you get your car serviced by Ed and Patricia, you know it has been done right!

I found Baxter's online for my father. He had been to several mechanics, including the Audi dealership, for a battery problem. The battery was replaced twice and was STILL dying. Once we took the car to Baxters, the problem was found within a day. Ed knew exactly and almost immediately what the problem was. My father will now not even consider any other mechanic except Ed. I love Baxter’s Automotive! I can’t recommend them enough. They are the only dealership that shows you what part they replaced and why they had to replace it. All their pricing is extremely fair and I never have to worry about them tacking on unnecessary charges. They also have their amazing dog, Ben, there so that pretty much sold me! There's a reason that Baxter's Automotive receives many, many 5 star reviews: they so deserve it! I have been going to them since 2020. They currently take care of my Subaru Outback and Mini-Cooper. Friendly. Thorough. Honest. Knowledgeable. What more could anyone ask for in getting their car serviced? I actually feel more comfortable driving, knowing my cars are so well taken care of.
