Long overdue review, but Joe and Rodolfo are an exceptional class act to work with. From the moment we first met them years ago, they offer a stand out customer service experience that truly makes your business relationship feel valued. Even though it's marginally cheaper to wholesale purchase some supplies online, I have absolutely no problem paying a bit more to support another local business run by such an outstanding team.

Joe has the best customer service ever! Bay Area Car Care Products offers the whole P&S line of detail products. I got some great recommendations from Joe. He offered drinks and snacks. Top notch and friendly service. Huge selection of car detailing products. This is a detailing enthusiasts heaven that you can physically visit and ask questions. Their price is competitive or cheaper than ordering online. It’s best to call ahead before visiting because Joe may be out delivery their product.

Joe is an awesome guy, very knowledgeable and experienced guy. He took care of me, when I asked about one product he showed me another alternative that in his opinion worked best for my application and for less. Aside from that the atmosphere there is awesome and has everything you need to detail.

Joe was the most helpful person I have seen in customer service in a long time. I had no idea what I was doing so I just asked for his recommendation as far as products and procedures, Joe took that opportunity to break everything down step by step; what products to use and what would give me the best price. He was more of a mentor than a salesman, something I can appreciate. Will definitely be looking forward to doing more business. Could not recommend Joe and his store enough!

As a beginner i was kind of intimidated when coming to the store. I didn’t know what to expect and don’t know a lot, so I thought all the products would intimidate me. Joe was a very nice/polite man. He helped me get a good understanding of a lot of the products I didn’t know anything about. He showed me how some things worked and pointed me towards a good direction. I can see that he’s really passionate about what he does and wanting to help others. I’d definitely recommend this store.

I bought a new sports car and wanted to find some products to take care of it so I Googled and found Bay Area Car Care Products. I stopped in and Joe took amazing care of me and my car! He had me park near the entrance to his shop where he introduced me to all the P&S products I needed. He demo'd how to use each one and provided a check list for washing and caring for my car. He even gave me a handout with YouTube videos with more 'how to' instructions. Joe's service is extraordinary and prices are very good. Do yourself and your car a favor and come here. Thank you Joe!

Was in the area and decided to look up detailing products. Found this gem of a store nearby, like a block away from where I was. Joe was great and was willing to let me try out the different polishers, even if it meant opening up the boxes of brand new Flex and Rupes polishers. When I made my decision, he threw in a set of pads and even some more freebies. If you want high end detailing products, definitely stop by this place.
