Si usted esta convencido de arruinar su carro y encima pagar por que se lo arruinen no lo dude este es el lugar correcto, donde llegas por un cambio de aceite y te salen con una lista de cosas por hacer de entre 1,500 a 2000 Dolores y encima lo van a hacer mal y de mal humor. CAUTION! do not under any circumstances patronize this business for any type of vehicle service. They are scammers, and incompetent. Besides the fact that they will rip you off price-wise and try to get you to pay for things that you don’t need. They cannot handle even the simplest of tasks. I went there for brake pads. The guy assured me it was going to be an hour and a half. I told him it was important that it was done fast and if it wasn’t, that was fine but I would have to come back another time. He said no it will be an hour and a half roughly. They had my car for six hours! After I finally got frustrated and went there wanting to know what the hell was going on they told me they couldn’t get the brake pads and I found that absolutely nothing was completed. If you don’t have the ability or tools to complete the job, then you should not be accepting a job, especially under false pretenses. Now my entire day has been wasted, and my car still needs brakes. Is anybody going to pay me for my time?? I was sent off with a simple “I’m sorry” not even like a real apology or explanation, or an offer to discount them or something if I came back. ( not that I would ever go back to this place, but still seems like the right thing to offer) Absolutely will never go back to this place for anything and I will spend the rest of my days cautioning people in my neighborhood to never go back to this business … Customer beware!

Good job repairing and inspection on my Nissan Altima. Jose was the mechanic. Added: That was years ago. I would not go to this shop now in 2024.

Stay away! The only positive about this place is that they do speedy oil changes when they're not busy. Otherwise stay clear of these scammers. I brought in two different cars over the course of a year for two oil changes and an inspection. The times I went in for an oil change they noted my tires were worn and needed to be changed even though I changed them less than a month ago. When I brought my car in for an inspection, they failed it because the headlamps weren't working, even though they were working perfectly fine before being brought in. I then fixed the headlights on my own, brought the car back and they tried to charge an additional fee on top of the original inspection money I paid when they first failed the car. Don't go, it's simply not worth the hassle.

Do not understand why so many negative reviews. Used to get served at this place for years. Never had a problem. Came early morning this week having a situation with my Toyota Camry 2004, yea old but nice car - guys identified the problem quickly and professionally. Manager Tony was as always friendly and even offered a discount )) They found the best possible solution to fix my broken muffler pipe plus front brakes and rotors needed replacement. Now the car is like new, so happy about it! The price was reasonable and work was done in just a few hours. Thank you Tony and the team!!!

Do not go there do engine bay clean I still can see the chicken bone under engine splash board and smell still there because the rat problem they just want ur money and didn’t solve the problem..beware this shop

Spend your money somewhere else. The old man is a thief. Twice in a row I got work done. First time was $170 over the quoted price over the phone, next time was $150 over the quoted price over the phone. Tells me I NEED new parts then on the receipt it says per customer request, this was replaced.... Straight robbery

I needed an inspection done on my car. I call up this place and they tell me to come anytime early the next day. So that's exactly what I do, and they tell me it's a 2 hour wait. A 2 HOUR WAIT. Can you believe this? They clearly could not care less about me or their reputation as I had to literally convince one of the employees to help me out. After about 45 min, they finally started the work and I was out of there in a little under 2 hours for a job that should've taken 10 min. NEVER NEVER GO HERE. Go to Major Tire on 2489 McDonald Ave and ask for Nikolai.

If you want to get rip off you can go to this place . Father owner Tony tells you one price over the phone ,and his son as well over the phone Charlie . . When you come to pick your car price is different. Total scam . I’m going report it to BBB. What you guys need to do in general .spoke with the owner and he told me the price which I agree on it . Son called me the next day with the same price and I agree on it . When I came to pick up my car price was $100 higher . I tried to talk to the son and he was so defensive telling me that the price what he told me was correct. He lied big time . I serviced my 2 cars there never ever again. Total scam . If you guys had same issue like I had contact BBB. They will resolve the issue .

One hour and 15 min for an oil change and brake fluid change. When I asked why I had to wait so long, in the freezing cold mind you -- because they have no indoor waiting room, they ignored me. Stay away. Overpriced, too.

I went there for an oil change and was curious if they can determine if my car had an issue. Guy said that they will charge me $60 diagnostic before they even fix the issue. I knew what was wrong with my car i told him what was that .he simply didn’t listen charged me for a diagnostic couldn’t fix the issue. Technician was stupid and didn’t know what he was talking about. Just simply DO NOT GO THERE !!!!

So I went in for an inspection and turned out there were many problems with my vehicle. Which was pretty rare because I always send it to my dealership so it was either I fix the “problems” or I’d fail inspection which I couldn’t afford happening because I literally live in my car with my daughter and must park it on the street. So I agreed to get all the necessary work done. Beautiful right? Wrong ..so I pick up my vehicle drive to the nearest planet fitness to take a shower and I get back in the car and my check engine light came on?!?! How if I passed inspection right? So I notify a tall skinny guy that manages the place (looked like a drug attic) about the check engine light he plugs in a machine and "fixed” the problem. I left thinking everything was good the light keeps popping up now I’m so afraid to go back because I felt intimated and pressured and lied to. I don’t recommend this place at all very bad service and attitudes and very disrespectful towards my four year old just because it was cold out and she stayed in a little office they have. I don’t why they treated us like that but id suggest you don’t get trapped in the same trap they got me with.

It's okay if you need an oil change or inspection What made me angry is that I have been going there for years and one time they charged me for diagnostic 70 dollars even though I got the work done with them I think that was unfair especially since I specifically told them what needed to be done
