Band’s van had a major issue on tour. They identified it and referred us to someone that could fix the niche / specific problem and let us keep our trailer with them till we got the van back up and running. Very kind and easy going!

Had a spark plug blow on the highway into Milwaukee in a passenger van. Knowing nothing about cars or the metro area, I panicked and called around before getting in touch with Bay View Service who was able to give it a look and an accurate diagnosis, and gave a recommendation for another shop that could perform the needed repair the next day. My bands van broke down outside of town while on tour and bay side had us in the next morning, looked over the van, diagnosed the problem, and let us know all within a couple of hours and here honest and up front about not being able to fix the issue (while recommending the business that fixed it the following morning at a great rate). They were even kind enough to let us leave our trailer there while we made last second moves to get to our next show. Cannot recommend Bay View enough. Some of the best service I’ve ever gotten from an auto shop!

We recently drove to Milwaukee from Nashville, TN, and our car overheated basically the whole ride there. When we got to town that night, our friends told us about this place and how great they had been to them, so we decided we would give them a try the following morning. We got there right when they opened and told them what was happening. The front desk lady was super kind and told us she'd get the mechanic to push us to the front of the line since we were leaving in a few days. The mechanic called us a little bit later with some questions and updates, and before the end of the day, he had our car fixed and returned to us! Honest work with a fair price! We would recommend this auto shop to everyone!

Great work, done quickly. Had my car towed there in the morning and by that afternoon several major issues with the car were fixed. Mechanic called to check in for every step as well, informing me of price for each step and made good suggestions. Great brother sister duo business.

I called Bay View Service this morning freaking out because my brakes (at least I was hoping it was just my brakes) were making a weird noise. They were able to get me in at 12:30 and had my car done by 3:30. They are fast, friendly, efficient and - most importantly- HONEST. They replaced my rear brake pads and rotors, but told me the front still had some life left and didn't need to be replaced right now. The price was fair, and I will definitely be back! Marie, if you read this, Moose says "thank you" for the dog treat.

My wife and I have both used the services here. They’re efficient and have gotten all of our jobs done the same day. Prices are great and I feel we get good value. Highly recommend this place.

I've been here twice about 12 years apart and had goodluck with them. Most recently I brought my audi q7 to them for a minor accident. I was in wondering if it needed more than an alignment. They thought there was more to it than that after an inspection and didn't have the equipment or want to repair it and charged me nothing. Glad they didn't just start replacing unnecessary parts. They weren't overly nice which I appreciate in a mechanic. Don't expect a bunch of hugs and smiles

Gerry and Marie really went above and beyond helping me get my 15 year old Subaru up and running safely and securely so I could pass emissions. I came in with my check engine light and a few other issues, they were promptly taken care of. Gerry even came by to jump my car so I could get it to the shop to be looked at, noticed my battery cable was loose and took care of that too. I am blown away by the level of service and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I was interested in purchasing a truck, and brought it to them to check out prior to buying it. I asked them to check it over completely and to drive it and they indicated l was well. Come to fi d out there were a number of issues that should have been caught by a licensed mechanic but didn't, leaving me with a $5K bill after I purchased said truck. They do fine on brakes and oil changes.
