If you question Steve about work that's not done properly, you'll be told not to come back. After spending about $4 to $5000 the last couple years. Unbelievable. He certainly has a temper.

My truck that I just bought was stolen from Steve’s lot and stripped as shown in photos His response “you know what sucks? I put $1000 worth of work into it” No, Steve what sucks is losing a $10000 vehicle because you neglected to Mention that those kinds of trucks are frequently stolen and neglected to lock it in your shop as you were doing Previously because there was no “room.” Police questioned it as an inside job as Steve told me himself.

They were able to get me in same day to repair a flat tire and while there identified an additional nail in the same tire. Kevin was helpful and the price was reasonable. Definitely recommend them for any tire or car needs.

Prices are out of this world might as well go to a dealer and get it done right probably cheaper than this place. I had two tires changed supposed to have been $58 when they were done it was 78 dollars will not go back there again.

Do yourself a favor and do not take your car to this business for any work. They did not disclose the $150 diagnostic fee up front and when we were quoted an exorbitant amount for repairs the car was no longer drivable and had to be towed (they disassembled parts to do the diagnostics and left them laying on the engine). I had to call the police to get the car released. Another shop did the work for less than half the amount quoted by Bayless. The big guy behind the counter wouldn’t give me the owners name. Wish I had followed up with the Attorney General because these guys are so crooked and rude.

Been going there more than a few times. Steve and Kevin stand up guys. I honestly fell they do the work that needs attention to. So yeah, take my recommendation for what’s it worth. Jobs done right. Thanks Guys. Keep up the good work. Yeah, back again Lol. Actually show you the work needed to be done. Upfront. Job completed, problems fixed.Please, let’s not bash mechanic shops. They’re doing their jobs for our transportation. It hurts businesses. Be kind.

I have been a customer here for years. Some of my family members are as well. My experiences with Steve Johnson and his staff have always been positive. Steve is honest, fair, and knowledgeable and tells it “like it is”. I do not go to other repair shops.
