I must say the only thing that brought me to this place was their name BBC automotive on account of me being British in hopes that I would find a mechanic that will help me out on the counter me being British also but unfortunately, there is only one British person here and there is the Micanic, but everybody else that works here is also a saint i’m traveling across America in my old G20 van and I got towed here in the hopes that I would be able to get my issue solved and I did at a very fair rate and at a very high quality work. The gentleman here are very good at everything they do whether it comes to customer service and information and communication I strongly recommend BBC automotive and Pacific automotive as a conglomerate. They are a beautiful bunch of people that are genuinely here to help you please for the love of God trust these folks and whatever they say because they are legit the last mechanic I went to nearly destroyed my vehicle, and these guys had to pick up the pieces and fixed what he messed up. Thank you so much guys. It’s a blessing to know.

Another trip to the only company I would ever trust with my Jaguar. Honest, knowledgeable staff is what keeps me returning. Had some sputtering and stalling going on when the check engine light suddenly came on, took it over to Todd at BBC and he diagnosed it and said let’s start with the least expensive replacement that I think may fix the problem (because there were a half dozen codes coming up) and sure enough that did it! Got me in and out in a matter of a day or two got the light off and I was off to get my smog! Can’t say enough great things about this company! If your looking for a completely reliable honest Dealership you’ll definitely find it here👍 & No I’m not related nor am I being paid or did I know these guys before bringing my car there for the first time this is a truly independent an honest review. I have an older LR3 that runs into some wide variety of issues here and there and always take it in to BBC. Really big fan of the team. Todd has been extremely helpful every time I've needed to visit and I'm back on the road in no time. Prices are very fair and I leave with full confidence. Happy to have a place I can trust.

Just called to get a quote, regardless of how difficult it is to give an accurate quote, their attitude was rude and very condecending. One could have simply politiely explained.

Professional and Skilled Scott and the technicians at BBC are precise in isolating and solving the problem. They look past the obvious, which is a trait of someone who cares personally sbout their work and professional integrity. The prices are reasonable, and the replacement parts used are proper quality. The work was completed in a timely manner, with no excuses or delays. I will definitely recommend BBC to anyone with a Rover.

I highly recommend Todd at BBC! I recently made an appointment for service I thought I needed. 10 minutes later I get a callback and am informed that it is too soon but they can take care of other problems I might have. Love the honesty! Great service!

BBC Automotive takes the "f-word" out of play when you discover you have car trouble . . . no, not THAT "f-word"; the word is "fear," and with Todd and David, you are assured of three things: 1)They will fix your car without unnecessary up-selling; 2)If they do suggest something else, you can be sure your car needs it: and 3)their prices are another "F-word," . . . "fair." Five minutes with these two professionals will make you feel at ease about your car repair.

Great customer service I was frequently updated on the status of my vehicle they got me back on the road at a fraction of what I would of paid somewhere else and after that they even washed my car if you don’t believe me get a quote and go somewhere else very thorough and honest people sadly hard to find these days

I used this shop for my 2001 Xk8 convertible under the previous ownership and had no problems. I brought my 1995 X j6 for a few repairs under the new owner Tod who I had dealt with at the previous ownership. I ended up with a nightmare scenario, they broke my windscreen, caused my car to blow the head gasket , and the front door panels were never repaired properly and still come unattached, the speakers they replaced never worked properly and wires were sticking out of the rear door panel when I picked it up and the oil dip stick was six inches out of it's sleeve. The quality and pride of workmanship were nonexistent. I asked Tod to return the money for the damage he caused to my car he refused. I would never bring my car to them again would not and do not recommend this shop.

Todd and I spoke on July 24 about probable compressor failure in 2001 4.0L v8 S-type Jaguar. I dropped it off the same day. Confirmation the next morning and authorized repair. Compressor and receiver/dryer replaced by 4 pm July 25. Very honest business, very professional and pleasant mechanics and owner. Have been using this business and its predecessor since 2004!! I cannot say enough good things...my wife's gratitude in having her car "cool" again says it all!! Thank you Todd

Todd was great to work with. In addition to the huge improvement in the pricing from the dealership, the turnaround time far exceeded that of Land Rover San Diego. It didn't hurt that the location was more convenient. They did a great job for a better price! I'll be back there when needed and would recommend the same for anyone else.

Great customer service, I spoke with Tod and Jim both very helpful and respectful. FANTASTIC prices too!!!! .I brought my 2007 audi A8 quattro in to change the rear breaks , they gave me a great price like no other in town...Highly recommended for any foreign vehicle....

I took my Range Rover in to get my brakes done. The Land Rover dealership, even though I didn't have many miles on my new car, wanted to charge to have my rotors replaced which costs several thousand. They even admitted my rotors were still good. Todd at BBC dropped me off nearby to do some errands while they did the work. They changed my brake pads, and did it quickly. Great guys. No hassle. I'm staying away from the dealership unless I have a warranty problem, and sticking with BBC.

Passing through from Colorado, I had an issue in the front end of my Audi. I called in the morning, one of the mechanics moved cars around to open up a lift and had my car up within 20 minutes. We discussed the concerns and he showed me the issue in the upper control arms. Great communication, and very willing to accommodate. I wish I could find a shop like this in Colorado!

RIPPED ME OFF COMPLETELY!!!!! This is NO JOKE... I went in with some various issues to my 2010 Range Rover Supercharged. One of the issues was needing new brake pads...easy right? Finally got the car back and the car nose dived and pulled to the right when you pressed on the brakes...this was after they supposedly test drove the car and had me take a taxi to come up there and pick it up. So I took it back and asked them to fix it, so a few days later I get it back and...the brakes were soft and not too responsive? Plus there were some other issues going on I wont bore you with...SO they took it back again...they TOOK THE CAR TO RANGE ROVER DEALER to have them look at it...then gave it back to me and claimed that it was just how a $109,000 car with a 510 horsepower engine and 21,000 miles was supposed to be... I thought that was odd, but hey I'm not a car guy so ok ...over the next month the brakes squeaked anytime you used them and got softer. I took the car today to another shop to have them look at it. I showed them my old invoice from the the Original Specialists and they looked at the brakes. I just got a call from the owner of the new place I took it too and he was sorry to tell me that the 2 front brake pads were the cheapest pads you can buy...about $55 dollars and I was charged $431.50 on my invoice ...JUST FOR THE PAD...not including installation and that the rotors and all parts around them (which I also had installed) were not lubricated!!! He said the pads were not even safe for that vehicle... So EVEN when I complained and took the car back up there and told them they felt soft and that they felt dangerous to use on a 6000 pound SUV ...they said that they were fine...LIARS....ABSOLUTE LIARS....I caught them and I am going there tomorrow to get a refund. ABSOLUTE LIARS.

I have taken my Audi to these guys 2x's now and had an excellent experience each time. Most recently, my Audi needed a fix for the engine light, which was stopping me from getting plates and therefore driving illegally. I already pulled down the error codes and they determined the exact same component was raising the code, did some tests, and replaced the part.Also, the mechanic noticed a piece of wheel trim in the back seat I had meant to install and he asked me if I wanted him to do and at no cost! Above all, The Original Specialists are honest and just do the work that should be done.

The Original Specialists replaced my Audi Q7 2011 brake rotors. Reasonable prices, quick turn around and the even washed my car. Like the Shop!
