I went to get an oil change at Big O Tire. They said I needed $2,200 of repairs. I called BC auto to have a look. I only needed an alignment and spent $150. I am beyond grateful. Only mechanic I trust. I will recommend to all.

If I could put ZERO stars I would. I was over charged here for a DIAGNOSTIC. I was charged $624 just for a diagnostic and told that my car failed multiple test. I was told that I needed 4 new tires and rims and that I had a blown head gasket also. I took my car to the mechanic at Fort Carson and was told NOTHING was wrong with my car and that I just needed an oil change. When I asked for my car back after it sitting there for 3 days and me having to come out of pocket for a rental I was told the pieces under my hood had to be put back together. I called the shop and asked what exact test was ran that led up to it being 6 HOURS of work and it’s been 3 weeks and I have YET to hear back from BRIAN or anybody. I was taken advantage of because I am a female who knows nothing about cars and trusted that these guys could help me out genuinely.

I had to replace the right side assembly light mainly and a blown fuse for dashboard lights. They got the job done within a few hours and at an affordable price. Will return.

Very honest shop. We have known the owner for years. Our entire family takes our vehicles here. Prices are very competitive and BC will never try to sell you something you don’t need.

I brought my car in for a belt replacement, spark plugs, coolant flush, and transmission fluid replacement. The work they completed was done to expectation and very reasonable pricing. What I didn’t expect was all the little things they did as quality of life I didn’t even mention. The mechanic put in some missing plastic rivets and they fixed a rattling noise from my exhaust. They didn’t ask for anything and I don’t even think they mentioned that they did it, but knowing my car I realized it right away. I’ll 100% go back to this auto shop and I trust the work that they do. I’ve been to a few other auto shops in Springs and they didn’t come near the quality of work.

Took my car in for an inspection and they told me that I should replace all my break hoses and front calipers, decided to just do the work myself and when I went to do this there wasn’t a single leak in any of my hoses and only one of my front calipers had a slight leak, replaced that and saved myself over $400 that they were trying to charge me to replace not broken parts

We have used BC Auto Repair for years, and for all our vehicles. They have worked on our Dodge, Subaru, and Toyota. They also take care of my parents vehicles whenever they have any issues. We can’t speak highly enough about this shop. Brandon and his team have always been polite, honest, and have explained everything so well. You can’t beat their prices either. Highly recommend!

I am from Northern Arizona, and I was interested in buying a vehicle from a local dealership. I needed a "wellness" check done before buying, as I was out of state and could not test drive it. I called BRC, and Susie answered the phone. She was very polite and professional. Within a few minutes she had me an estimate and a schedule to have the vehicle picked up and inspected. Within a couple hours the whole process was complete, and the inspection was beyond what I expected. She called me back promptly and explained everything in detail and in a way I could understand. The final price was exactly what she quoted me. I have done this several times, in various cities. This is the best experience I have ever had. Thank you to Susie and the great team at BRC Auto.

It was our vacation! the mountain did us in! went to Walmart to check what was wrong and found that the Alternator was burned out(burning as we looked at it) and melting the wires! the place they recommended did not work but we saw this place as we went in. I checked and help was just that close! I met Rob (the owner) and could not have met a better person!! He took the time to look at the car and knew what to do! the price was consistent (better) with what I found on line and we were taken very well of! If every I am in Colorado Springs and need ANYTHING...I would come back here. thank you Rob.

After trips to 2 other well-known chains in town, Brandon had the business integrity to be straight with me about my brakes situation, and fixed what was needed. I get it, my Jeep’s 20 years old and a lot ‘could’ be replaced, but doesn’t ‘need’ to be replaced. This guy will inform on what’s ‘necessary’ TY Brandon 🙏
