I was on an 8 hour road trip when my car starting making a loud sound. I stopped by Beach Automotive just 15 minutes before they closed and they were super friendly and helpful! It turns out my heat shield coming off, and they were quick to fix the issue and send me on my way, at no cost!! Thank you so much for your help!!

My household has used Beach Automotive on two separate occasions for two rather extensive repairs on two different vehicles. I have 0 complaints. While I am not a mechanic, I can Google parts and labor costs for repairs. I bring this up as Goigle cites a range of costs for repairs, and in both instances, Beach Automotive was on the low end of those cost bands. Beach automotive was timely with repairs, didn't pressure me to get unnecessary work done, and is up front about what is needed. If I could leave room for critique, it would be on the timeliness of getting a vehicle looked at which I attribute to their shop being good at their work and constantly in demand. The other critique would be on timeliness of call backs. They do return calls and follow up, but they don't always have a receptionist staffed, so I understand that as well. All in all, fine work, fair prices, honest mechanics. I have yet to get the feeling I'm being hoodwinked, trusting my vehicle with some snot-nosed kid that doesn't know what he's doing, or being overcharged for service. Additionally, their invoices do a pretty decent job breaking down the parts costs and labor costs. It's clear to read and makes sense. Thanks guys!

Very friendly staff. Was able to help diagnosis something different than what I thought it was and fairly charged for their service. Would definitely go back if I had another major auto issue.

To be honest, we didn't actually get the repair done. Mr Beach was frank and honest. He was actually the 2nd shop we brought our jeep to. He pointed out issues that the first one missed and his total estimate for all the repairs was still less than the other place. We decided to sell that jeep, but our other jeep will go only to Beach Automotive.

I had the best car experience so far with Beach Automotive. I know it's common to feel a little nervous when working with a mechanic you don't know but Jody's a straight shooter and he also deals with you in a fair manner. His prices are way better than any chain repair shop. If you want to support local business and a veteran bring your vehicle here!

Good and honest Mechanic gone bad I’ve been using this shop for years. I was warned this year that the owner “Jodie” had changed and was overcharging his customers. That is an understatement. I wasn’t even given a quote. They held my truck for 3 weeks and then called to tell me it was ready to be picked up. They performed repairs that I didn’t authorize. I clearly told the new girl “that is no sweet Cassandra” that I only needed a quote to fix 1 brake line that had snapped off. They decided to replace multiple brake lines without discussing it with me and tried to charge me 385.00. When I spoke Jodie and told him I didn’t authorize these repairs, he told me that they would remove all of the brake lines and then I could pick up my truck. Instead of apologizing for THEIR error and trying to make it right, he told me he was going to RIP OUT ALL OF MY BRAKE LINES! The girl did call back to say Jodie would reduce the price to 200.00 “with no warranty” which I agree to just be done with this. When I went to pick up my truck and turn the key, it was flipped back in the battery on position. Obviously the battery was dead and appeared to be on purpose. My truck is being towed today to my Uncle’s “a retired mechanic” to have my brake lines checked and make sure nothing was cut or loosened just to be vindictive. This is not the same man that I used to business with and refer EVERYONE to. What kind of person treats his customers like this? I appreciate Jodie, he's been great with me, friendly guy! He's replaced belts, a/c unit & completed an oil change. The first visit I couldn't afford all the work to be done, he understood stayed within my budget. When I went back a couple of months later he completed the rest of the repairs. Being a woman I have been placed where people talked to me like a woman wouldn't know if the job was a fair price but I have 3 sons who when doubt I check with them before the service is completed. Jodie tells me up front what the charges will be, he talks to me not at me! I'm definitely returning to Beach Automotive for my auto repairs.
