I've used Beaman Imports for several years and will continue to do so. Knowledgeable techs, great customer service, fair pricing. None of us want car problems but when they happen it's good to know Beaman will handle it!

I had my car towed to Beaman overnight after running over something in the dark that tore apart my oil pan. I sent an email explaining what happened that night, and the next morning they had the part ordered. After finding out another part needed a quick fix, they gave me updates on every step and had the car running like brand new 2 days later! Also, unlike the quote from the dealership, it was much more affordable. Thank you to Beaman! After several bad experiences at the dealership from myself and my family I was on the lookout for a new service shop. I highly recommend!!!

I made an appointment to have a b service on my mercedes. The service was quick and reasonable in price and the folks there are super nice! I will be coming back for sure!

Had a transmission problem with our BMW. Took it to the dealer and they wanted double what Beaman charged. The work was followed up with a three year warranty. Very pleased with the work. Joel is super nice and helpful.

I used Beaman Imports to change the timing belt, water pump, etc. on my Toyota Sequoia and will definitely use them for all future maintenance requirements. They got me in quickly and finished the service for a very fair price. While doing the timing belt they found a few other small things that needed attention and called me to let me know. I appreciated that and had them take care of those items as well. I highly recommend Beaman Imports.

I was told over and over that this car needed a part that was no longer available and could not be fixed. Had my car towed to Beaman’s and in 24hours my car was working. I appreciate their willingness to work on a car that was refused by so many. Thanks again for giving my baby life again.

Absolutely avoid this place. Take it to the dealer instead. For a 1.5 hour job, they charged 3.5. Nothing out of the ordinary, just what they charged me for it (intercooler pipe replacement). Manufacturer says 1.5, every other repair shop I've called says 1.5. For them, 3.5. So I'm hoping they just decided to cheat me. The alternative is that the repair guy has no idea what he's doing.

My Audi was making an odd sound and we had taken it to two other service shops. The Audi dealer couldn’t get us in for 6 weeks, one thought it was the transmission, and one couldn’t find anything. Beaman had been recommended to us so we decided to give them a try since I didn’t think it was a transmission issue. They drove it around and determined it was a wheel bearing issue. Got it diagnosed and fixed in a day and it runs beautifully now! Highly recommend!

They found the problem that BMW couldn't find - even after paying for the diagnostic -. They were honest and upfront about some scheduling conflicts. They were also proactive and called rather than waiting for a phone call. Pricing was fair.

This review is way past due, and I'm sorry for the delay. Last year when working in Knox commuting from Noog, I started having engine stalls one morning on my '00 Benz CLK 430 Cabriolet. MB of Knox, right across from my office, wouldn't give me the time of day to run codes, etc, even though I was the first car at the bay. Wouldn't take a go-kart there now! Beaman Imports was recommended to me, so I called. Dropped off my baby, they drove me back to my office, and I had a diagnosis in about an hour or so. Although it couldn't be fixed same day, it was the next morning, and at a price slightly cheaper than my regular mechanic in Nooga/Dalton. Love these guys! And love their faith that was evident in their music, their service, and their honesty!
