The team at Bearden Benz is amazing! My car smelled like gas whenever I run the heat, but only when the engine was super cold. Other mechanics dismissed it because they could never smell the gas. I brought it in and although they couldn’t smell it either (the engine was warm), they took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and found a leak in one of the fuel lines. It was fixed by the end of the day!! They also didn’t press me to do any work other than what EXACTLY I asked them for! Will be going back for all future work on my car.

These guys have always been great to me. I highly recommend them if you have a Benz that needs working on. I have been going to them for several years now. I learned about them from another Benz owner who was admiring my 2003 SL500 in a parking lot. He asked where I got it repaired. Then he said that I should be taking it to Bearden Benz I took his advice and have never regretted it for a moment. These guys are both good and honest. A rare combination these days.

My Mercedes E350 was experiencing what I thought was an electrical problem and had to be jumped twice. A new battery was placed in the car early this year. Bearden Benz found that I had a defective battery and it was quickly replaced with a new one under warranty. Their service is excellent, they listen and treat the customer without arrogance or condescending to them. I love Bearden Benz Repair.

This was my first visit with my Mercedes and I will definitely be a repeat customer. The work was done in a timely manner, the cost was cheaper than the Mercedes dealership I'm sure, and Corey (I think is his name) was awesome. He was so sweet, and friendly, and answered all of my questions.

Your team did an excellent job on my SLKAMG 55 last week. I've already seen marked improvement in power and performance, not to mention noticeable SUPERB handling since replacing struts. It is not easy to find a reputable Mercedes repair shop you are comfortable with and have confidence in. I found that here at Bearden Benz. You can expect to pay a fair price in exchange for excellent service. Quotes are provided and honored, recommendations are given to avoid future problems, and they go the extra mile to ensure I am satisfied with the work provided. Kudos to my Service Manager Mr. Cody Underwood. He was wonderful to work with, friendly and very knowledgeable. I wouldn't dream of taking my car anywhere else but to Bearden Benz. **READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO HERE** I had a phone estimate for my car for struts and air compressor. When i took my car to get work done on it a diagnosis was performed. They told me that it was a $1200 valve that i paid and did not fix the problem on my car. Then i was told that it was the struts that needed to be replaced. I dont work on cars but thats is what I had the phone estimate. Only to pay money for something else that im not even sure was bad. So to sum it up could’ve gone to the dealership and paid less rather than pay $200 for a diagnosis then $1200. I’m never going here again. So you really want to reply back with lies. Now i posted what i paid. This doesnt look like $695 for valves to me. You guys are a ripoff. I had been going here for over four years. I even referred a family member that had work done that wasn’t pleased with this company. I still stayed firm because i hadnt had any bad dealings until now. I wouldn’t let you guys work on my sons stroller. And you say i signed off on the work. After you are $1400 in and your car still isnt fixed what options do you have? You got me committed only to add more on to it. I knew what it was when i got the phone estimate why couldn’t you. And you asked me to reconsider me review. Why would i do such a thing im speaking the truth and you dont like it because it can possibly tarnish your business. Well good because you tarnished my money. RIPOFFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They provided a detailed estimate of the needed work. They performed the work in the time they said it would take. T he car handled much better and performs like it should as far as handling and suspension. I plan to use them again when I need repairs.
