Had a transfer case done. Bought a whole new one got it sent to this shop car stayed in less than a week total spent 700 for part and 1200 for labor. A few months later same thing happens new transfer case was never put in and have to get a whole new transmission. Make sure u check behind them once done. Can’t be trusted. Waste of money and time.

Went and got a transmission case assembly done almost 2000$ not even a year after my transmission goes completely out.

We just moved here 6 weeks ago. We woke up to find my truck dead in our driveway. The battery was new, so we knew that it was the alternator. We actually had a rebuilt alternator on hand, so we planned to drive it to a shop, get it replaced and be done. When we went to jump it off, it wouldn't hold any charge once the jumper cables were off the terminals. So, we were looking at having to pay a tow fee. We looked at reviews of nearby service center's and saw that Beard's did nice work. We called, and not only did they have the best prices on installing our alternator, Jason (I believe was his name) offered to drive over and pick my vehicle up, take it back to the shop, fix the alternator and deliver it back in working condition all within 45 minutes. I can't recommend this shop enough. They went above and beyond and they've gained lifetime customers for it!

I been going here for years and I always had excellent service and great prices . Don't pay the 1 star any attention.
