Great service, fair pricing,and honest & knowledgeable staff. Got me in and out of quickly for a wheel alignment, there wasn't the normal hard sale strategies that other places do. Can't recommend anyone better in the area for tires, alignment, balancing or tire repairs.

I had been there a couple of times since few years ago. They focus on tire and make the tire work simple and right. They also do alignment. No appointment is required walk in only. If walk in at a busy hours, may need to wait some time, but it is reasonable.

I used to live in Mira mesa I moved up north. I came back to get 2 new tires tires today for my Prius 5 min before closing and just liked I remembered excellent service with the lowest prices you can find been coming here for years and will continue to do so thank you:)

Everyone here is just so nice - I found a nail in my tire this am and I was at my wits end. I stood in line at the tire center at Costco for about half an hour only to be told that I would have to leave my car there for the entire day, but btw you can’t have kids in the car or drive on the freeway if you have a nail in your tire. Bears tires took me in almost immediately and repaired my flat at no cost, and they finished just in time for me to pick my kids up at summer camp. They are simply the best

Incredible customer service with nice and friendly staff! This is a locally owned tire shop with very reasonable prices. Note that there are no appointments so you may have to wait, since it is first come first served. I will definitely return if I need any new tires or tire repair in the future!

I take both our cars there and their customer service is always top notch. Last weekend, one of my new tires I put in just over a month ago experienced a loss of air. I took it in and they discovered a nail puncture on the side of the tire that made it unrepairable. Because it was new, they replaced the tire for free just charging me for the labor. That type of customer service has won them my business for the long run.

My run flat tires were sold to me and installed by Bear Tires a couple of months ago without drama, upselling or complication. Could not be happier. Price was bottom line fair and we were happy to pay for the fast and successful service.

10/10 Customer Service/Professionalism 10/10 Knowledge/Educated 10/10 Friendliness/Mannerisms 10/10 Great Prices Not a lot of places here in the U.S. that you can go too and say they provided “Great Customer Service.” Nowadays most people hate their job, and want to show up for a free check and do the bare minimum. Bear Tires was a great experience for me. As soon as I pulled up, there was someone to greet me outside, and asked me for assistance with their services. The staff was knowledgeable/friendly, everyone looked in a great mood, and seemed like a great work environment. So props to management on having a solid team and keeping morale up. Don’t care that I live 45 mins away, I will continue coming! ✅

I found this shop by searching on Google and seeing their good reviews. They are a team of professionals who know how to deal with their customers. They quickly responded to my needs, even though I did not have an appointment. They explained what needed to be fixed, and when they fixed my tire, they explained how I need to monitor the repair, and if the issue appears again, I can come back. I highly recommend this shop for your future tire repair and purchase needs.

These guys are awesome. Before mounting tires they checked the balance of the new wheels and EVERY wheel was bent. Plus they didn't fit due to my BBK so that was another issue I was unaware of. These guys saved me so much time and hassle. Will definitely buy here again.

Had brand new car. one tire got a hole close to side wall but not exact. Discount tires wouldn’t help. Bears tire did for me without any problems in less than an hour.

The owner and staff here are awesome, prices aren’t any better than anywhere else but the staff takes care of my expensive wheels and is very communicative.
