They don’t fix it fully, it’ll break down again in a couple of days, i had to go back 3 times for the same problem until i went to a different mechanic and fixed it instantly, they really are a scam shop

Beckley Auto Service are crooks, a scam shop. I asked for the owners phone number from the guy that runs his shop, of course he gave me the run around, but I'll pop up one day to chat with the owner about how his shop manager is running this place. Maybe it's by the owners advisement. God sees everything Beckley Auto.

They just take your money and not really fix what they say there going to fix and they price depends on your race I've been 3 times and they charged me the same price every time 🤬 without fixing the problem terrible don't trust them...🤷🏿‍♂️

I usually come here for my oil change, this time I had a oil leak. This was at the beginning of March 2021. They worked on my car for a total of 3 days. I called because they quoted me a time it would be ready. They always told me check back at the end of the day or tomorrow morning turned into 3 days. I went and bought all the supplies they told me they would need to fix my vehicle. Today is 4/22/21, I’m here at Kwik Kar lube and tube. They just showed me where my oil is still leaking also showed me the yellow pudding that was used to “repair my oil leak”. I’m so disappointed and I was very professional with them. Also this incident was AFTER I had to come back from the FIRST oil change with them 1/16/2021. They need to understand it’s some people that don’t have money to throw around literally every month for car repairs.
