I had an emergency trip and needed to check the psi on my tires - Jacob picked up the phone, only 10min before closing the shop, and kindly and politely recommended to stop by. After checking all tires and making sure they were good to go, in just a matter of minutes, I was on the road, immensely grateful for his service and kindness. I definitely recommend Beck’s Garage!

I’m from out of town and my Van broke down and I could physically see a cable that was snapped and a line that was draining radiator fluid real bad, I decided to go with Beck’s Garage due to their 30 years in business, and Jeff didn’t disappoint, he got it all fixed up the same day and it ended up charging less than he originally quoted me, I would highly suggest using him if your a local or someone passing through town.

Took my classic C3 corvette to Jeff for newly rebuilt carb install/alignment/and tach cable hook up at engine end. Was able to speak to receptionist and Jacob at drop off. The lady at the front is nice enough (4 stars) I had confirmed ahead of time w Jacob and Jeff the car HAD to be inside as it has no top and was raining that day. Jacob seemed irritated he had to move cars around to get the car inside, but confirmed this before we brought the car. There was an open bay to pull into but he moved cars around, then had us pull into the original open bay. Got a text several days later that car was ready. When we showed up to get car and was advised by the receptionist that tach cable could it be installed. He reluctantly came up to front to talk to us after we requested clarification, he offered to work on it more, so we left without it. Came back to get it 2 days later, front office lady said he still could NOT get it tach cable hooked up. We again asked to speak to Jeff. He complained that he “hates working on corvettes”. 😟 The car was running fantastic before we took it to him, we just wanted CORRECT ROCHESTER QUADRAJET carb installed. We loaded into trailer and headed home. When I got home, looked in the box of parts w/the old carb; 2 of the 3 gaskets provided to him were NOT installed. There were specific instructions to use the 2 felt and one metal gasket to avoid vacuum / exhaust leaks at manifold and overheating of the base of the carb due to the “hot slot” on this specific carb. This was made clear by the carb builder who is an expert in quadrajet carbs. When we called back to ask why these weren’t ALL installed , Jeff got very defensive / angry stating he has installed these his entire life and knows what he is doing. My car is now: FUEL LINE LEAKING @ CARB, air filter hitting hood, idling all over the place/ high jumps when put in gear but stalling as well. Did not have ANY of these issues prior to him installing carb. $500 for alignment and carb install (over prices) and I now have a car that won’t idle correctly and am afraid to drive. It would previously start right up and idle perfectly before he touched it. I’m sure he is very knowledgeable, but he seems to not want to communicate with his customers. I now have a car that is not running correctly and not sure if he didn’t adjust something right, messed with the distributor when trying to adjust the tach cable or what but VERY frustrating to say the least! Seems like his primary focus was getting my $ and getting my corvette out of his shop ASAP. I love supporting local businesses and would much rather be here leaving a 5 star review, not only for the garages benefit but also because my car would be running great, instead have a car I can’t even drive now. I will gladly update or remove this negative review if the owner reaches out and does the right thing. Picture below of instructions and gaskets that were provided to him at drop off; stating necessity they be installed for THIS specific setup. Not all carb setups require this 3 gasket “sandwich” but this set up does. Why I sent the correct gaskets AND instructions. If Jeff found something indicating he did not need the other 2, he could explain that, but that still does not change the fact my car is now not running right!

Short story long, I have a Subaru Impreza with almost 400k miles on it and the timing belt broke on my way to work. I had the car towed to Becks garage while I was at work and I called them to let them know. When they called me back they let me know what the problem likely was, and the way information was relayed to me made it seem like everyone at the shop was just as bummed out as me that the car’s engine was toast and they were “imprezed” by the mileage on that car. It really made saying goodby easier for me because I loved that car, and at the end of the day they under charged me for what I felt was excellent service and a coordinated effort from them, two different tow truck drivers, and myself. I would happily recommend Beck’s Garage to anyone out there trying to keep something from the 90’s road worthy, and I would assure you there prices are reasonable. You won’t be holding your breath just before they give you the bill contemplating which kidney to sell just so you have something to get you to work in the morning. In my experience the bill was half the price of what my gut told me it was going to be because my wife drives a newer car that gets worked on at “the dealership” and that’s just what I was used to car things costing. P.S. out of curiosity I read some of the negative reviews and decided to edit mine not because Beck’s needs me to defend them but because I want to defend them. First off who brings a new Audi to a garage and then is surprised maintenance is expensive? It’s an Audi, you can’t afford an Audi if you can’t afford to take it to the dealership or a shop that specializes in German cars. It’s not that Beck’s can’t do the work they definitely can, just don’t be surprised that it isn’t quite the bargain you were expecting. Second the good people at Beck’s Garage are the farthest things from scammers anyone who works on cars for a living could be, and if you leave a bad review of a small business over a service they did for you that was FREE, you’re a bad person end of story.

I came to Becks Garage after my friend raved about the high quality of service, honesty, and professionalism this garage provided. She was 110% accurate! Everyone was kind and helpful. They even went above and beyond to make suggestions when I mentioned possibly wanting an electric car. They didn’t try to upsell me or make me pay for a service my car didn’t need. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them!

definitely my new go to auto shop.

I recently took my Q7 Audi here to have the brakes replaced. I was told the front brakes were ok and the back brakes were needing replaced. I was told that the brake system in the back needed to be disengaged which was why it cost almost double to fix compared to the front. I was also told would need to replace the rotors as well. I left with brakes that still squeaked. I called and they warrantied them and said they would have no problem replacing the brakes again for free. I took my car back and the repairman replacing them could not recreate the sound. Of course, I drive off the lot and the sound appears again. After a few weeks thinking that it was just due to new brakes, the sound got extremely louder and I thought it was the front brakes at this time since it became so loud. I took them to a different shop and was told that it was STILL the back brakes making the noise. I was also told that the brakes used by Beck's was called import direct, one of the lowest quality you can find at O'Reilly's. I was charged almost $1,000 for the back brake replacement. The new shop replaced both for around $600 and now the squeak is gone completely. We have been loyal customers to Beck's garage. The entire situation is frustrating. Unfortunately, it seems like there are less expensive locations with higher quality results.

Stopped in this morning for some minor maintenance, they fit me in, got it done quickly, and could not have been more courteous. I live in the neighborhood and had never been by before. They will have all my future automotive related business.

This shop will scam you if they think they can get away with it. My husband and I bought a truck off auction in Oklahoma city (we live in Missouri over 6 hours away). The truck had been sitting for a year, and was idling rough, showing low oil pressure, and backfiring when we picked it up. It was pretty late, and we had to be home the next morning and didn't feel comfortable driving it the 300 miles back, so we decided to have it towed to Beck's so that they could check it out. My husband is very mechanically savvy, and has worked on all of our vehicles, and done mechanic work on the side in our area. He suspected that it could be a combination of old fuel in the tank and a bad oil filter or pump. We didn't have another vehicle that could tow it back to Missouri, the auto body shops in the area had already closed, and my husband didn't have the right tools with him to change those out himself so we thought it would be best to have a shop check it out just to be safe. We offered to pay them to do a basic check on the truck, and they said that they wouldn't charge us anything just to check it out which we thought was a good sign. Later that morning I got a text from them saying that there was no compression on all cylinders, and we would need an entirely new engine. This didn't make sense to us, as it was running and driving (albeit rough) the night before. When we called them to get more information they said that the front end was extremely damaged, that the radiator was completely caved in, and that they could not even get the truck started. We even asked for pictures of the front end thinking the tow truck must have damaged it, because the radiator was fine when we parked it the night before. When we asked them why it would run if there was no compression in any of the cylinders, they could not give us an answer, other than we must have just coincidentally stopped driving it right before the engine completely gave out, and that for over $10,000 they could rebuild the engine. We started to suspect that they might be misrepresenting the situation, knowing that we were out of state and probably assuming we weren't mechanically inclined since we brought the truck in to them. My husband was able to borrow a truck and trailer from a friend and they picked it up today, truck started up fine (turned over three times then started) and was running better than the night we had it towed (confirming that the problem might be as simple as he initially thought). Very disappointed that they would flat out lie to us, gambling on the fact that we were out of state and wouldn't want to drive back just to confirm their diagnosis. They have a lot of good reviews which is why I thought they would be good honest people, and not try to scam us out of 10k. I would think that experienced mechanics wouldn't lie to their customers, give up on a vehicle if it didn't start the second they turned the key, and jump to a complete engine replacement without looking into other options first. We would have been perfectly fine paying them to do a more in depth look if they had requested it, but instead they lied to try to make an easy 10k. We have a small business, and are expanding into rebuilding and selling vehicles and would have considered using them to check cars that we buy in Oklahoma to save us some time, but we will definitely never use them again.

I brought in my 1956 thunderbird for some repairs and they did an excellent job! Got it back in 2 weeks and it ran very smoothly. Would recommend using Beck’s to anyone, especially if you own a classic car that needs work done.

Had an issue accelerating and they fixed it within the day and replaced my brakes for a fair price! Would highly recommend them (and the drop off service)

I had the pleasure of visiting Beck's Garage for a 50-point inspection, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, Cindy was incredibly kind and made me feel right at home. They were super fast, getting my car checked out in no time. What really blew me away was their system for handling estimates. They let me look over everything and decide which services I wanted to take care of that day right from my phone. No pressure, just helpful advice and total transparency. Once I made my choices, they immediately got to work. They decided up the services between "immediate" and "preventative measures", so I took care of the immediate ones today and now I can plan out what I will take care of over the next few months. I loved the information and helpfulness. It was such a smooth and stress-free process. Beck's Garage has definitely earned my trust and future business. Highly recommended!

Beck’s garage fixed my car so quickly and cheaply I was in shock. Other places had my higher estimates and couldn’t get my car in for 5+ days. Thank you Beck’s.

Name is Stuart. Great service here. I got two cars fixed here in a month. Friendly, fast, and they keep in touch. Most recently they did several repairs to my Hummer, and after picking it up, I had an issue with the transfer case replacement. I dropped it back off and they did the fix for free. Always will give these people business for repairs 🙏🏼 thank you.

They do great work. More importantly (I think, anyway), is that they're straight shooters. I have found my mechanics.

Amazing place. Professional, affordable, and quick service.

Beck's was the only shop I called willing to even look at my corroded brake lines to see if replacement was possible. Their estimate was accurate (actual cost was slightly lower) and my brakes are working great with the new lines. Next time my car needs maintenance I will be returning here.

Great place. Fair pricing! They are always honest with you

I didn't have the money for repairs (multiple oil leaks came to roughly 1400) but they know their stuff and didn't make up any issues my car didn't have!

I love this garage! Literally the only place I'll take my car. As a young woman who doesn't know much about cars, I often fear I'll get ripped off by mechanics (which is unfortunately common). But with Beck's, they are completely honest with me and never fail to explain their working process whenever I ask. I love this garage so much, I'm literally reviewing before I take my car in today because I know they'll do well!

I trust Beck’s! We were on a road trip from Colorado and had stopped in at another shop to get our oil changed when the light unexpectedly came on. They informed us we needed to replace our brakes before driving home to Colorado. We decided to stop in at Beck’s to get a second opinion and they test drove our car and inspected it, informing us we definitely did not need new brakes! Even tightened a loose screw for us that was leaking oil from when we got the oil changed — free of charge!! Will definitely be returning to Beck’s when we relocate here!

I've used Becks for both my company vehicle and my personal vehicle several times. I would definitely recommend them. Honest prices and communication but doesn't pressure you with their recommendations. Will continue to be a customer.

My mom was having problems with her car after driving to OKC from Ohio. I had never been to Beck’s before, but we decided to take her car there. My mother was visibly worried about the situation as she explained it, and the guy seemed empathetic while he listened. (I thought that was very sweet). Fortunately, it was just a loose spark plug and they didn’t charge us a dime. Beck’s has earned my respect as an honest company. We will be back!
