Easy to make an appointment online, although I miss booking appointments with my service advisor, Pamela. She is always a great help. Wait was relatively short, as it was just an oil change.

I was involved in a multi-car collision 4 days before a scheduled oil change. Delton Crouthers, the collision center manager, went above and beyond by conducting an impromptu assessment, taking pictures, and writing a preliminary estimate for me to send to the insurance company covering the accident at my oil change. He was so helpful in expediting the process and giving that extra bit of service that Subaru is known for. I feel fortunate that Beechmont Subaru is my service provider.

Perfect service experience. Got me right in at my appointment time. There’s a comfortable service waiting area where you can work a little or just relax. They send you a little video of your service which is neat. Love my Subaru and love the service at Beechmont.

As a new 2024 Ohio resident, I was happy to find a Subaru team to help me take care of / service my vehicle. I was greeted with a smile from Ms. Kaitlynn Stone, who was professional, kind, polite and very thorough. In addition to maintenance service on my Ascent, I also needed new tires. She was proactive in verifying the availability of the needed tires and scheduling the second appointment. Thanks to the team for making me feel welcome in my new "home" state and helping me take care of my investment! Keep up the great work. :)

I had the eyesight system recalibrated after replacing the windshield. They did a good job in a timely fashion. I bought the car here and get it serviced here even though it is 45 minutes away. I have another Subaru dealership 5 miles away.

I recently had my car at Beechmont Subaru unexpectedly. Kaitlyn and Marisa were amazing. They had me in a loaner car in 10 min and on my way. They kept me up to date on my repairs. Customer service is what sets Subaru apart from all the other car dealers. I will continue buying Subaru!

I went to Beechmont Subaru Friday morning at 8:30 for an oil change. I checked in with Mark Rothenbusch. Mark informed me that they were behind and would get me finished as soon as they could. An hour later Mark told me the rear brakes needed replaced, I could have them done today or another day. I decided for the same day. Mark and his team went to work and had me on the road a couple hours later. Mark and Beechmont service, Thank You for great service. Gene Huschart

Beechmont Subaru has been great. We purchased a new vehicle in July 2024. The experience was perfect and very easy. We had our first service experience September 3, and Brian was very accommodating and professional.
