If you need your car worked on this is the place to go, the owner knows about vehicles and they get the job done

Would not recommend!! Had my car for 10 days and kept giving me the run around. We would get repeatedly hung up on or as they would say “they could not hear us” so we would go down there. They kept saying that my car would be next to the bay day after day so each time we would give them a couple days and then call back. Then the one time we were able to reach them by phone. They said they were waiting on a part. How can you be waiting on a part if you haven’t looked at it yet!! I showed up one day and they were test driving it. The issue with my car did not require it to be test drove So I’m not sure what that was all about. I finally just showed up on Friday and told them we wanted the car back. The day I picked up the car the owner would not even come talk to me. He sent the guy working in the bay. I feel we were beyond patient but very disappointed!

I've been fixing my cars since I was 16 but was hoping to NEVER do it again I was referred to this shop and it was a huge mistake. I needed a starter and was trying to save money but should've done it myself or sent it to Jeep dealership where it ended up. Brian Nicole the owner is a real piece of work he quoted $700.00 and I got a better deal on the starter than he could at the time I was tight on money and went ahead and allowed him to fix my car I told him I only had $400.00 and he didn't want to release my car even though I was paying him $400.00 when I got my car the next day it shut down and it had to be towed three times. I had it first towed back to him and he claimed he couldn't get to it for a week which was unacceptable. I had it towed to my house at night to figure out what to do. The next morning I made arrangements to have it towed to a shop that was going to try to work it in .upon opening my passenger door I discovered the mess him or one of his mechanics made. After saying he couldn't get to it I discovered he had removed the cover over the starter and it was covered with oil it was wedged in the passenger side destroying my carpet and my battery cover as well as the passenger side rear floor mat was gone. He obviously got started and stopped? I was so angry as well as the wrecker driver was in disbelief. It was then towed and I was told it would be best at the dealership so it was towed there where they found his mess. He had put zip strips underneath to make it to where it could be moved on his ridiculous lot of trash cars. It was in limp mode and if he had of just pulled the release for the transmission it would have moved but he had apparently no knowledge of it. He has cost me way more than if I'd just payed the dealership from the beginning it's roughly around $1800.00 damage. He caused a fuse block to blow plus the stupidity of the grease covered shield, losing the floor mat and battery cover not to mention costing labor to figure out the zip strips. Brian Nichols should only work on old cars if that. He's what I call a shade tree mechanic as well as a crook. I've tried to just get him to pay the difference between what I owe him and he owes me for the damage that the dealership has estimated and been paid but he refused so it's court where he'll lose. Updates and pictures to be added later. Pictures added wrecker he has looks like it's from The Dukes of Hazardous🙄 cars around shows he works on nothing but junk. He's out of his league with anything new

I have a 2000 Silverado work truck that has been giving me transmission trouble and I just didn't want to spend 2-3000 for a rebuild. I had another mechanic that I had used in the past but he was a four month wait. When I asked for other recommendations , a good friend said that Brian at Beechwood Auto was the MacGyver of transmissions and reasonable. In the meantime, I purchased a used transmission to replace my sick transmission. This was not going to be a big money Job for Brian and he was honest when he told me that I could install the used transmission but he wanted to run a test and make sure it wasn't a POWER problem. He was the first one that even mentioned this and he said , "because if its a power problem ... and you change the transmissions ... you'll still have a problem". I had some time and nothing to lose. It took a little time but he discovered that a wire was broken in the harness and that a solenoid had come unplugged in the transmission. I picked the truck up, he explained what had happened and apologized for taking so long but I assured him that his bill of 275.00 was a pleasant surprise. I have driven the truck and it is doing well. I appreciate his honesty and more than fair price. I Highly recommend these folks at Beechwood Auto.

More than impressed. Scott was very personable, took a ride-along with me to confirm the issue with my rear end gear. Gave me his personal cell and quoted me a very reasonable price. Brian and Scott are car enthusiasts also, who work hard during the week and go racing on the weekends. Very relatable. Found my new performance garage!

Odd situation. I called 2 days ago and got a quote on labor if I bought the part, gave my make and model and dude gave me a quote which was a good deal.. called back today and asked if I could make an appointment and asked this different guy about the quote because it was such a good deal and he said as long as that's what his dude quoted me yes and asked me to hold, 4 mins later he hangs up on me and now won't return my calls BUT I got a friend to call and not only did he answer but when my friend asked for a quote and gave this guy the make and model, he got hung up on! The guy could have told me his guy made a mistake instead of acting odd about it! Not professional. Disappointed.

Worst shop I’ve ever dealt with and I was a mechanic for 17 years. They rebuilt my transmission and it didn’t shift correctly from the day I picked it up and brought it back to Charlotte nc. There answer to the problem was just drive it and the transmission went out again. When the shop was asked how are we going to get the van back to bristol the answer was there is no we. You get it back here and we will look at it. Furthermore when I picked it up the technician backed it into another vehicle across the street. They acted put out when I asked for insurance information to have my vehicle fixed. Thankfully the damage was not really extensive. The shop got nasty on the phone. Do not use this shop unless you want substandard work and a shop that doesn’t want to stand behind their work.

This place is the definition of trustworthy mechanic! I recently left an appointment to find my car wouldn't start. I called a Tow company to see if it was just a dead battery, but the guy that came out (from a different company) he couldnt get it to start and told me it was my starter and to take it to a garage. I just moved to the area so i do not know anyone to recommend a trustworthy mechanic so just googled the closest to me and came across this shop. Within minutes of me calling, they had a gentleman out to tow my car to the shop. Soon as i arrived i was quickly taken care of and even after saying "it might be the starter" the guys were honest in checking and saying nope its just the battery and getting me charged up and on my way...I know its a lengthy review but i wanted to show that while they had every opportunity to tell me if was some big expensive issue, they were upfront and honest about the situation. Everyone i encountered out there from the guys helping me get rolling again to the receptionist, they were all so kind and all around just good people. They will be the only folks i ever call in the future!
