I came to the belden automotive tire for my vehicle to inspection. Greeting me as soon as walk in Antonio and justin greet cutomer services. They did inspection really fast. No problems. In and out.

I had an excellent experience at Beldens! While traveling out of town, I encountered a flat tire and brought my vehicle in for repairs. When I returned to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised to learn they had repaired two flat tires. They truly went above and beyond by inspecting all my tires to ensure my safety for the trip home. Highly recommend their outstanding service!

I received exceptional customer service when I visited to have my tire patched, and I highly recommend this place ! I've decided to convert this place into my new automobile shop and I'm not going to trade it for another shop ! :) Justin is incredibly AMAZING !

Service and repair were fine, but disagree that the diagnostic charge is not applied if the repair is made. Just a sketchy way to add to the bill. I understand charging if the repair is not made.

If you need help with your ride, do yourself a huge favor and reach out to Justin at Belden’s Auto on Prue Rd in San Antonio. Friendly, honest, top notch customer service, and responsiveness doesn’t even begin to tell the story. Take it from a dad sending his newly adulting daughter to a mechanic shop 2 hours from home base (can you say ‘oh boy, here we go’) - THESE are the guys you want to work with. This is a long overdue review. My wife and I have been with Belden’s for over 15 years. What I appreciate is their honesty and integrity. When they identify an issue they are very good about letting us know, which ones are critical from a safety perspective and which issues can be deferred. Their work is top notch. In the past 15 years we have had 3 vehicles go at least 250K miles (one went 325K) under their care. On the very rare occasion they do make a mistake, they will make it right. Finally, they reward customer loyalty. I recently needed a headlight replaced to pass the vehicle inspection and one of the store managers replaced it for me in the parking lot at no charge. While I certainly didn’t expect that, it was a very nice gesture and much appreciated!!

Today started off all wrong. I hit a curb too hard and my tire blew out… on the way to my OB appointment. I had never been to Belden’s before. As soon as I arrived I was helped. They were able to put my spare on and order me a new tire within 15 minutes and I made it to my appointment on time. I also scraped the RIM of my tire, I was so bummed… but Justin reassured me that it was all “cosmetic and could be easily fixed”. When I came back later this afternoon they switched it out within 15 minutes ANDDD Justin had touch up paint and fixed my tires RIM for me before I left. My day could have went so differently.. Really glad I went here today, I will definitely be going there for all my cars needs from now on. Yall were truly a blessing from God today. Thank you!

I called about an Issue with the piece at the bottom of my car, and Antonio told me to bring it in. They went above and beyond by fixing it! It’s hard to find an automotive shop that genuinely cares about their customers, and Belden’s definitely stands out. I’m so grateful for their help and will be returning for any future needs. My name William, I was going to go to Firestone at first,but I never liked going to them cuz they always add on other services that are not necessary. I was going out of town and I just wanted to make sure car was ok(Belden i go to can not se me til thursday). Firestone said, my brakes needed to be replaced and window wipers. That was a big red flag for me, because I just had my window wipers changed they're brand new and I just did my brakes last year that still has well enough pad available to continue for a while. I told the manager at Firestone or service advisor of this and they still said well they need to be replaced unbelievable. So i went Belden off of Prue Road. **BELDEN told me that I did not need new brakes and new window wipers. I have been going to BELDEN for a while and have stayed away from Firestone because of this reason. So happy a good friend recommended this shop! I wanted to have my 15-y/o truck checked for some possible issues, and they were kind enough to run courtesy diagnostics with no up-charge or attempts to sell me on things I don't need. I did need a set of new tires and tire pressure sensors, and they did excellent, quick work at a very reasonable price. Justin, Antonio, and Edgar are a great team, and I will be trusting them with any and all future care my truck needs to keep rollin'!

Great experience as this was the fourth shop visited in search of completing an Annual State Inspection. The other shops didn’t have the staff or availability to complete the inspection. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted and was able to complete the inspection in under 20 minutes.

Mr. Justin took the time to check my vehicle, I told him that I went over a medium at a parking lot. I thought I had clear it when I took off. He said that everything looked good and everything was still intact, no leaks. He didn't even charge me. I appreciated his honesty! He is a very good service tech and represents your company well. I just moved here from Hawaii and my car broke down after business hours. Antonio was very helpful and even referred me for the tow. The software they use to provide estimates is EXCELLENT! It shows pictures and even video of damages/repairs. Justin was on point working with my warranty and keeping my out of pocket cost down. I'm only coming here for all my automotive needs. I'd give them another star if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
