GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO DEALERSHIP. plus, you definitely get better service and vested staff. Had a starter issue on 2012 civic; Beldens took care of the concern in a timely and efficient manner. To be clear; this is a business but at no point did I feel that I was overpaying for their services as opposed to dealership. I do feel that Beldens is more than fair in their pricing; I'd dare say great value that will help ensure my repeat business. The service advisors were all of great competency and empathetic and of this email; most importantly the technicians are the heart and soul of such 'auto' places and I'm grateful to them for their time and skills in what they do for those of us that are NOT mechanically inclined. Good Job Beldens, Alamo Ranch!

These guys were great and very professional. They explained everything to you in detail. If you had any questions, they had no problems in answering your questions, explaining to you what was done or what needed to be done? Definitely. We'll come back and refer my friends.

Wanted to share my experience about this store. First of all it’s clean! Many care places I’ve been to are dirty and gross. The restrooms alone were OUTSTANDING! The men in front Derek, Jay and David assisted me with my squeaky brakes and my tires that would annoyingly slide when the roads were alittle slippery! I also enjoyed the free waters and drinks they offer! Top notch store!

I would highly recommend bringing your vehicles here. They are friendly fast and knowledgeable. I especially happy with everything being explained to me so I could understand. As a woman sometimes we are brushed off with our questions. That did not happen to me. Thanks guys I definitely will be back.

I used Belden’s with high hopes. I am skeptical on big shops as they have high prices due to high overhead. I sent my son there to get a new engine and we got a transmission replaced in our pathfinder. They gave me a 3 year 36000 mi warranty so I felt safe. But the transmission went out within 3 months and the warranty, well it depends on this person to check it out and whether they(Belden) are going to get their money. I guess it’s an eventually warranty. I’ll keep yall up to date.

Called first thing when they opened for a quick tire repair. They were able to squeeze me in despite a busy morning. Had a nail that was able to be removed and plugged in less than an hour. Service was excellent and quick!! Thank you so much!!

Frustrating experience that was made a little better. I brought my car on Friday morning (Aug 30) for two tires that were low, one needed repair and the other needed replacement. Belden's guaranteed me that they would have my vehicle finished by the end of the day Friday I was not given any update throughout the day. On Saturday morning Belden's informed me that they were backed up Friday and could not get to my vehicle, but again guaranteed they would finish by 2pm as they closed at that time. At 1:15pm I called to ask about the status of my vehicle to which they told me they hadn't even began work on my car yet and would not finish by two as they had promised. I went to Belden's immediately to pick up my vehicle and to find another option. Luckily discount tires on Culebra was able to finish my vehicle that same day. The reason Belden gets 3 stars in this review, and not 1 is that they were apologetic and they patched the one tire for free as a way of apologizing. I appreciate the gesture and the politeness, but they still took 2 days from me. Which would not have been so bad if they had been proactive in informing me about my vehicle. I had to call them several times to get updates, and multiple times there was no answer. I did not appreciate that. I do however, want to give them credit for accepting responsibility and apologizing. Many people don't do that anymore.

They were very busy when I showed up for my vehicle inspection, but I was still in and out in 15 minutes and they didn’t even charge me anything. I’ve been here before to fix other problems with my vehicle and it’s always been a quick and painless experience. Will definitely keep coming back here.
