Some jackals put a pin in my tire bc they didn't like the stickers on my car. Yall saw it, removed it & supposedly fixed, but within 10min low tire pressure. Pop & Lock didn't find anything else in the tire. Don't use these guys bc all I got was a bunch of excuses when I called.

I had an unexpected issue with my vehicle come up on Saturday and was able to drop my car off that day with a guarantee it would be ready by Monday. I was given an estimate along with photos and a detailed description of what was wrong and how they intended to fix it. My car was in fact ready by the time they promised and no surprise fees for me upon pickup. Sure, this should probably be the standard. But these days it’s hard to find an automotive shop that values its customers. I’ll definitely be returning!

Car starter was replaced. Before I brought my vehicle here, I researched place. Hadnhigh ratings. I made right choice. My car was worked on within 2 days. I am a happy customer and will refer them out... DEFINITELY 😃

Dylan was very honest and polite. He was knowledgeable and communicated clearly about my car's issues. He was cognizant about my concerns about cost and worked with me on things that weren't urgent. Friendly and honest service - highly recommend!

I called 3 separate times to check on my vehicle and talked to 3 different individuals. Each of them knew exactly what the status was and didn’t need to go ask anyone. They made a quick diagnosis and got my vehicle back out. They’re very understanding and are worth the $$$.

Long story short - I bought a bad used car that needed a lot of work. The team here at Beldens has been nothing short of immaculate in their ability to service my car at a very affordable rate. They make efforts to communicate even if something is taking longer than planned - which I appreciate rather than being egged on.

Alex and Bernardo were a big help this morning someone slit my tire and I went to a couple of shops who could not help me because it required a special tool for my spare tire and Alex happens to have his own from his truck. Everything was done with a smile and great service also offered us water bottles.Thanks so much guys!

I have done a great deal of business with Belden automotive, and I recently had a little bit of a disagreement with them. However, they worked nonstop to make everything right and make me feel better about all of the repairs that were done. My service advisor and myself just didn’t see eye 2 eye on what was done, and the district manager was able to contact me, and all three of us worked together to take care of the issue and the concern. in today’s climate it’s hard to find a company that cares, Belden does care.

I just had the best experience at Belden's today. Came in riding on a spare with my flat in the trunk. They had me fixed up and ready to go very quickly, all of the staff were friendly and professional. Special shout-out to Alex. Will be back next time I'm having any car trouble. Thanks again!

Came here for preventative service, absolutely nothing wrong with my car. Conveniently the day income here my battery is no good. It wouldn't start. They had to jump it and I drove to Walmart to buy a new battery. I don't know what that did to my battery to screw it up. For all I know it was loosened cables to see the battery test. They took advantage of me, a single 35 yr old female. They looked disappointed that I didn't buy the super expensive battery from them.

I needed to get my state inspection done, and Eric and Alex got me scheduled within an hour of my call. In and out within 20 minutes. Easiest thing ever! They're right down the street and always give great, friendly and efficient service.

I was having issues with my Chevy Volt and I can not thank the staff there enough for all their help. Alex, Allen and their techs were honest about what might be going on. I have been to this location twice now (second time just for an inspection) and the service still has been impeccable. I’ve been to some horrible places in the past and being treated fairly is a plus in my book.
