[EDIT: Nobody walks on water. They are a little more costly, that doesn't go away. But i gotta give then credit for taking customer reviews to heart! Charlie the manager reached out to me and really extended themselves. I don't dislike them after one visit, and I'm not in love with them after one good visit, but! I would recommend the shop!] You're expensive. And your communication about costs and condition of the vehicle suck. I went in for brakes. Gotta admit - was busy (all kinds of sick ppl all around me) and didn't notice just the front brakes - for $800 bucks!?! But - you let me leave with no heads up about the condition of my rear brakes. they were obviously in bad shape! Now, of course, they are in desperate need of replacing. That's not nice. [EDIT: Manager called after leaving this review. I know they genuinely feel bad about the service. He's asked me to bring the car in for the rear brakes. I told him it'd be a couple of weeks...]

Belden’s has fabulous automotive repair techs, reasonable prices, and no nonsense attitudes (no extra charges or unnecessary expenses). I’ve been their customer for several years, and they have repaired all sorts of things for my Toyotas and Hondas. Easy to schedule, courtesy vehicle, and on time service. Cannot recommend enough!

I had a flat tire, and decided to try Belden on Bulverde Road since I had heard a lot of good things about them. Also, I figured this would be a good introduction to working with a new auto repair company. First of all, I left my tire there overnight. So, the next day I came to pick up my tire, and they were willing to put it back on for me, but I was in a big hurry to get to a meeting. The guys at the counter could tell I was getting a little antsy, so they accommodated me even though they were really busy, and I had walked in without an appointment. They got me out of there fast, and I made it on time to my meeting at a school down the street. But that wasn't necessarily what convinced me to use them as our future automotive repair place. One of the gentlemen at the counter could be overheard talking to a customer and saying the magic words, "No, we couldn't find anything wrong with (name of car part), so it doesn't need to be replaced." What?! An honest evaluation of what does and does not need to be fixe? No padding the bottom line with replacing parts that don't need to be replaced? Wow, it's nice to see a business with integrity. No wonder they are always busy.

Beldens Bulverde location has been nothing but a blessing to me. Eli and Charlie are running the show there and we send all our friends and family for all minor or major repairs. They are non stop and always positive. 5 STARS!!!

Went in and was greeted professionally by Elija Zapata. He was extremely informative. ⁸He knows alot about mufflers, wrenches, sockets, flat tappet cans, ductile adjustable rockers, Dove heads. He gave us a few performance options within our budget. Quite the knowledgeable fellow. Turns out he is quite the angler as well as he noticed the Falcon Cara Rods, Fitzgerald braided line, Tokar hooks in the back of the 4Runner. Directed us to a nice place to fish called Moby Dick's out inedar Creek. Come to find out he caught a nice small skillet sized largemouth out there. He is a pro at rented pond bass, thanks Elija" Gallo Giro" Zapata. Also noticed that perhaps our windshield might be warped, yet he ran a few in- house wiper tests and turns out it was just rounded edging on the wiper blades! He saved us $700! Awesome expertise! I recommend this garage any day! Ask for Elija Zapata

I came here 3x for car inspection. No issues, fast and organized. I know they charge $90 just to look at issues. I know other places that don’t. I am not familiar with their prices. Not my first choice due to the $90 fee just to take a look.

My sales advisor Jeff did an amazing job of keeping me in the loop on my vehicle. Had my vehicle in and out. I'll definitely be going back for future services. Only down will be that they aren't able to install parts if they weren't purchased there. But great overall service.

Had struggled with the state inspection process elsewhere and stopped by Belden’s - immediately taken into the bay, inspection done and out the door with a friendly face and directions for the next step. The man who changed the oil and oil filter on our Escalade was very efficient and quick. It took only an hour to complete. I was very satisfied with their work.

Mistakenly thought this place was cheaper than a dealer. They tried to charge $160 to change my $19 cabin air filter that takes 5 minutes, they said 0.6 hours (36 minutes) and $100 for the filter. Fast forward, they charged me $320.68 for a condenser that costs $82.60. (part number 4MO 816 421 B). They also tried to charge me $360/tire for new tires, I passed., Discount Tire is $311/tire, Belden adds $100 labor, discount tire doesn't. Moral, STAY TF Away. You aren't saving anything. They are nice, cool.
