The work was overpriced. I was charged double the price of the part at retail price. I was charged $700 above the price at other reputable mechanic shop for same work. Do not recommend at all.

I have a Volkswagen CC and it can get really expensive taking it to the dealership for repairs. Since I found Belknap Auto, I don't worry about getting ripped off with the over-inflated prices that the dealership often charges. Belknap is definitely the number one place I would suggest taking your car for repair. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. I've always been a stickler with taking my car to the dealership to get repairs done but since I found Belknap, that is no longer an issue. They won't try to charge you for ridiculous things like the dealerships. They will tell you the honest truth about what needs to be fixed and sometimes even how long you might have till you absolutely need to get it done. The dealerships always make it sound like you have to get it done right away. Anyway I can't express how happy I am to have found a really good place to get my car repaired. 😊

Was referred here by A&W Automotive, they were booked up 2 weeks out. Belknap was able to fix my issue with my vehicle the following day. Very helpful and great service. Highly recommended.

Awesome service! I have been to a few places since moving back to El Paso and this place has it all. They do a great job of taking care of the customer, explaining the steps, explaining what will be needed, communicate and will show you the work and parts replaced. Very professional and I highly recommend this place.

I took my mother in laws GMC Acadia for tuneup before a short family trip and the service was great! Not only did they have fair prices, the lead mechanic was very knowledgeable and gave me future recommendations. He let me know which repairs could not wait and which ones could. Needless to say with the fair prices we had all of them done and the Acadia is running great! Thank you Chano and Tommy from Belknap Auto care for the great service! I will now be taking all my vehicles here.
