Exceptional customer service! We were driving up north from the outskirts of Detroit and my breaking system started making a really bad noise, I stopped in and they took a look at my car asap. They made the situation as least stressful as possible. I’m very happy we stopped here for the help we needed. Shout out to Matt for helping and the service guys in the shop! 20/10

I can't recommend this location. I was told via a phone call that I have front-end issues when they haven't even seen the vehicle, only a picture of a tire. Also, do NOT buy the tire protection program! It won't cover a blowout like I had. I'm not going back to this place ever.

I have been driving rear-wheel drive vehicles for 53 years, During the Winter I have always put snow tires on the rear of the vehicle. They would not do this allegedly for safety reasons. They wanted me to buy two more snow tires for the front which would also require a rather expensive alignment. This is ridiculous.

Never take your vehicles to the Gaylord,MI location.They will scam you. I went in to get 4 new tires for my truck. Upon starting on the tires, they informed me I need to replace some front end parts and would need an alignment.$2800 and less than 2 yrs later, I'm going to need new front tires and an alignment done. They are cheats, thieves and deceptive.

Went to Belle tire in Gaylord, sat all day waiting for them to put tires and do an alignment on my truck, they called me an hour before they closed telling me they couldn’t get to my truck. Go to pick up the keys and they said they were just getting ready to pull it in the bay. But the alignment tech isn’t there so they couldn’t even do my service anyways… so they made me wait around all day just for me to not even get the services I asked for and then, I let them pull into the bay for them to just tell me I got shipped the wrong tires. And plus now my snow brush is missing… so not only did they not take care of me and make me wait all day for nothing they stole my snow brush!!! Never going back!

Brought in our rental car when we were stranded on the side of the freeway with a blown tire and no spare. They got us in same day and took care of us promptly. Also let us stay in their shop for 2 hours while we waited for the car to get towed there. Great people and really appreciate what they did for us!

Brought the company truck in for starter replacement. It was under warranty and the petoskey location did it originally. There was no issues with the service. But for some reason the workers flipped the hitch upside down and didn’t even put the pin back in it. Damaged the truck and the trailer the next time it was used. Why on earth would they flip the hitch when changing the starter.

Great service! Went there to get a valve stem put in a tire and when I went to pay for it they said NO CHARGE!!!! It was a free service! Whoe that never happens anymore!

Very kind, generous, and prompt! I needed to fill air in my tires after a temperature drop, and a crooked tire stem caused me to lose pressure instead. They replaced the stem valve of my tire for free! Very very kind.

After spending thousands of dollars on car, truck and trailer tires at this location, thinking I had found an honest place of business, everything went south when their deceptive and terrible tactics came to light. I purchased a set of four tires and four wheel alignment for my car. After I proceeded to get my tires rotated at a local shop, I was told that my two front tires needed to be replaced. I reviewed the wear pattern was the exact same as the original reason I went to this Belle Tire. After returning to this store I was told that I must have hit something and they did not take responsibility. I purchased another two tires but they needed to be ordered to match the original brand and they offered me a free alignment. When they installed the two new tires they informed me that they would not honer the free alignment as they claimed my suspension was contributing to the wear. Come to find they never performed the original alignment and scammed me in believing they were an honest shop. After I confirmed their deceiving habits I shared my story with friends and neighbors and the flood gates of complaints from this store was incredible. They are not to be trusted and I would never return to this location until they change their management which condones cheating customers with not performing for paid services and providing inflated quotes for work that is not needed. STAY AWAY!!!!

I had a tire losing air, they got me in right away, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They charged very littie. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I made an appointment to have an oil change, tire rotation, and realignment. In the process it was discovered that the brakes were worn down and the tires didn't have much tread left. The brakes were changed and we bought four new tires. They went beyond the purpose of the appointment and pointed out other safety issues that needed repairing. The lobby was clean and appealing.

I've been going to Belle Tire in Flint and Fenton area for years. This is my first time at Gaylord shop and they are great too...I will be going back...they take auto warranties at the Gaylord location t hat makes me happy. I bought new tires and brakes and they were grest!! I will be back!!

Our brakes went out while visiting Michigan over the 4th of July holiday last year as we drove through Gaylord. It was a Friday and Belle Tire helped us out and we were back on the road the same day. Brad in service was very helpful and kind. Thank you!
