I scheduled an oil change appointment for 1 PM the following day and arrived on time. I checked in and mentioned that I was on my lunch hour. However, when I returned an hour later, I was told that my appointment had been scheduled for 12 PM instead of 1 PM. At no point during my check-in or while waiting was I informed that I was considered late according to their schedule. The entire experience was marred by poor communication and disorganization. There were no signs of them trying to offer a reasonable solution, and I was simply told to "wait my turn." This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.

I was told 4 to 5 hour wait for flat tire repair. I just purchased 4 tires there a few months a go. Several other gentleman were told the same when they bought in tires off car. Than a gentleman and his daughter came in with rim that had ran tire off. He was done in fifteen minutes and I had been there for two an half hours and nothing done. I said I will take my key and the employee gave my key to another employee. Ten minutes later and I'm demanding my key and got them finally. It appear to me that they already got my money so I had no value to them. Belle tire will not get any more of my money .

The people who work there are not professional. They do things quickly and poorly. So I do not recommend this place at all to anyone.

As all belle tires I’ve visited, they are always quick to inform you of what is going on with your vehicle, upfront about the cost of things, and always a very friendly staff and clean facilities.

Dropped my car off at 8am to get my oil change and tires rotated. They forgot about my car and didn’t do any service when I went to pick up at 5 pm. I even called around 2pm to follow it when it would be done…. Terrible service

I was visiting in St. Louis and had to buy two new tires. It was late, and the small tire store (that didn't do alignments) suggested that I get an alignment done and also have them check my tie rods and struts when I got to Indianapolis. I was going to Indianapolis to visit family before heading back to Western North Carolina. I called my sister-in-law and told her what had happened. She was able to schedule me an appointment with Belle Tire. It turned into an emergency situation. It was unsafe for me to return to NC without major work being done. Part of the repair could be done after I returned home, but I live in the area impacted by Hurricane Helene. There is nowhere for me to take my vehicle now. Belle Tire took me in with numerous repairs needing to be done and parts that needed to be ordered. They completed everything by closing, and I can safely leave out the next morning. They explained everything in detail. My van drives and rides like a new vehicle. I am deeply indebted to them. I highly recommend them.

Took my car in for tire noise, bought tires 10 mths before and less then 20000 miles. (Should be warranty). Said I needed $3000 in suspension work and new tires. Picked up my car and took to another place and they put tires on checked out everything else, car drives great no noise, rolled out with oil change for $300.

I had an appointment to have my tire placed back on my vehicle and balanced. They needed to take off my spare tire off and replace it with the new tire, which I left the rim at Belle over the weekend so it was ready to be replaced when I arrived. My appointment lasted one hour and forty-five minutes for them to put the tire on and balance my wheels. My spare tire wasn't even properly placed back into my trunk. Very slow and sloppy work. It was not a good experience.

Went yesterday to get two new tires and a tire rotation. It took twice as long as they’d told me it would take. Today, after arriving to work, I got the “tire pressure sensor fault” code. They did not do a good job reconnecting the tire pressure sensors. This is the second time we’ve had a bad experience with Belle Tire and (after they fix their mistake) we will not return.

Having problems loosing tire pressure in my left rear tire. went to Belle, and they found a screw in the tire, fixed it and my bill was $0.00. We will use them for any future tire needs. Fast friendly and FAIR!!!

I was so excited to learn that we had a Belle Tire on Southport. Really disappointed in this location though. I was hoping that I would get the same level of customer service and knowledge as the Plainfield location. I used to go there all the time since they were close to my office. I now work near home so I had been going to the Goodyear location on Emerson next to Egg Roll #1. Even though I have warranties on my tires at Goodyear I came to Belle because it was just time to switch over. I came in on Saturday August 24th 2024 at 8 AM sharp with a tire that was losing air. Joyce checked me in and said that they would call. About 5 hours later I got the call that it was a nail, too close to the tire wall to be fixed. She wanted to get me the tire that matches my set and said they would have it done Monday. I said that was fine since I was already off that Monday. Monday rolls around and I don't get a call all Morning. At 3 PM I call and talk to Chris who informs me that it'll be another 2-2:30 hours but definitely today. At 5:50 I called back and talk to Cory to ask if I can come pick up my car. He places me on hold for over 4 minutes and then Joyce picks up and asks if she can help me.!? I've literally been on hold for over five minutes at this point but I say nothing. Just that I'm checking to see when I can pick up my car. She puts me on hold for ANOTHER 4 minutes and then comes back and says they just started working on it and to leave my house at 7:30. Okay, kinda late for just a tire change but okay, 30 more minutes and it's done. I leave my house and arrive at the location at 7:36 PM. The tire still isn't done! I don't end up getting my car back until 8:05 PM. While I was checking out I asked what the warranty was. Cory tells me the warranty was declined. I brought them a car with a warranty on the tires!! Why would I decline it!? At this point I just don't care and I want to leave with my car. My husband can tell by the look on my face that no one asked about the warranty on the tires so he asks me if I want to get one to which I reply, "no I don't want to come back here ever". Also, at Goodyear in November 2023 I paid $186 for the exact same tire with a warranty. At Belle Tire, with no warranty, terrible customer service and they wasted my time - I paid $203! Way too expensive for what I got! This Belle Tire location is terrible. I'm taking my business back to Goodyear, and probably buying them donuts the next time I go in. One more thing, look at the picture from 2019 showing the waiting area. They have added several more chairs in there. If I had to guess it would be because they needed more chairs for customers to wait. Also, my steering wheel was dirty.

YOU OWE ME A NEW SET OF TIRES. I PUT A NEW SET ON MY WIFE'S CAR 75K AND HAVE GOT 36K OUT OF THEM BECAUSE I TRUSTED BELLE TIRE TO ALIGN THEM. AFTER SEEING THAT HER TIRES ON THE FRONT WERE WEARING ON THE INSIDE OF BOTH TIRES I ROTATED THEM AND PUT THE REAR ON THE FRONT THAT WERE WORN EVENLY. TOOK IT BACK IN TO HAVE IT ALIGNED AGAIN AND LOW AND BEHOLD I FOUND THE FRONT TIRES WERE WORN ON THE INSIDE AGAIN. YOUR ALIGNMENT GUY IS PURPOSELY DOING THAT. TO SELL MORE TIRES. IS THAT A COMPANY POLICE OR SHOULD HE BE FIRED?

I have found my forever tire store. Their prices are fairly competitive and their selection may not be as deep as some discounters or warehouses, but their customer service is second to none. While getting my last set of tires, I overheard a phone conversation with another location about a difficult customer with a specialized vehicle who apparently didn't feel they were getting what they needed. The manager said, "Send them up here and I'll see if I can help." And that's the level of "What can I do for you today?" service you can always expect from this location.

I wouldn’t even give it one star but I have to to leave a review. My elderly mother bought tires from Belle Tire. When she went in because her low tire light came on they told her they were too busy and wouldn’t help her. She went in on a Saturday morning and told her she would have to come back the next Monday. What’s she supposed to do if she gets a flat? They could’ve taken care of it that day. Horrible customer service.

State Farm listed this store as a windshield replacement provider that could come to my home for repair. It was 100% bait and switch. They cannot come to my home and wanted me to travel 45 minutes away for service, not this branch. HORRIBLE.

We bought Michelins for my wife's 2014 Yukon Denali at this location and they were installed there as well. Justin is the one that took care of us. He is also the one that made sure our new TPMS sensors were installed & bead sealer applied to all 4 tires when being mounted. The tires are GREAT, we have has zero issues, no vibrations or alignment problems since being in the store. We will use them as soon as we need new tires again!!

Great place to get tyres and wheel alignment. I have been to multiple places to find the price for wheel alignment, Belle tyres offer wheel alignment with the cheapest price and comes with three months warranty.

I have been to this location before and in general have received good service. However, my experience recently has me not desiring to return to this location. Without some drawn out story, if you're gonna say that you can have someone in and out quickly, don't make them wait an hour and 10 minutes to just have a tire put back on. That is not quick. It's fine if there's a backlog of people ahead of me, and you warn me about that so I can make an informed decision. But don't waste my time when I could have fought the tools I had, and been done 3 or 4 times over in that same span of time. Also, there's literally no reason to move someone's seat to move a car for 30 seconds. I've done that sort of work, and that's just bad customer treatment/service. I'm not even a short dude.

I am surprise that the cost for a tire repair was free I was expecting a price....wish I pulled out my wallet and humor 'name your price'. It did take roughly two hours but I didnt schedule appointment so I guess good thing comes in good sacrifices

I went into this Belle tire’s earlier this year to purchase a new set of tire during the gift cards promotion. Only to find out once I purchase my tires that the manager filled out my $40 gift card I should’ve received for myself but never did! If I’m to receive 2 get card while would the manger fill it out one for themselves? The manger is disappointing and dishonest! Also the store ordered the wrong tires from the warehouse.There are suspicious activities, going on that a light should be shined on. I was persuaded to get my brakes done also but to find out that the technician broke my emergency cable that is still not working correctly before I brought it in. They had to keep my cars several days causing to miss my vacation! This has been a total nightmare coming to this store. If I were you I would take your money somewhere else. After this review all that will happen is Damage Control from this Store apologizing without any correction to keep people coming in to the store, taking your money! Stil No Gift Card that was Stolen from Me! I Don’t Recommend this Store to Anyone!! Calling Corporate Does Nothing they are just as bad as there stores. They put you on hold never to return! You deserve way better service somewhere else. It’s almost better to find your own mechanic or even the dealership at least your are getting ASE Certified with a Warranty! Please take these One Stars to Heart or you will Regret it Like I Do Now!!

Had to bring my car here to get 2 new tires after hitting a pot hole pretty bad. When I called them to tell them I was having it towed there, first and foremost they were asking me if I was ok before anything else, which I really appreciated. They were then prompt in calling me the next morning to go over the quote, and did a great job fixing the car. I will definitely be using them again in the future when I have to get new tires again.

Made tire selection and 9 am appointment for install online two days prior to service. Called the store to confirm appointment and ensure there were no problems. Was told appointment, tire selection confirmed and all good. On day of service showed up a little early before appointed time. They took my vehicle right in. 5 minutes later the manager came and got me to show me 3 of the tires they had gotten from their warehouse were mislabeled and the wrong size. Said it would take until after 3-4 pm to get replacements and I could either return then and they'd get me right in or return next morning at 9 am. I told them I'd be back at 3-4 pm. Returned at 3:40 pm. Wasn't given any priority and had to wait 3 + hours for install. No offer of any discount for my inconvenience or even an apology for my prolonged wait. Don't recommend this place for tires or anything else.

The staff were courteous and professional, however I had a pot hole damage to my wheel/tire in February. I was able to get it fixed but as soon as I drove it off the lot I heard a sluggish noise. I took the car back in to which they told me that my car needed additional repair with replacing my wheel bearing. I was upset as it was a big misuse of my time of why this was not caught the first time of my initial car repair. A few weeks ago my car started to have some clunking noise. I was told that additional repairs would be need to be made to my car. I’m dissatisfied and disappointed with how my car’s repairs were handled and the overall communication and commitment of this specific belle tire. Again, the staff were professional and respectful, but I cannot recommend this shop and will tell other clients to think before coming to this shop and having additional charges and a headache of a time.
