Great experience working with ben white automotive. I brought in my low mileage 2011 Toyota Camry. She needed some TLC. The team diagnosed the issues very quickly and I was able to choose which items I’d like to fix first, being on a budget. Super fast and communicative! I definitely recommend and will be going back for general maintenance in the future!

Ben White automotive is the bomb! My AC was not working and I was referred to them. I went there and they were able to take care of me that same day without making an appointment. I did have to leave my car overnight however they had a shuttle service that took me home and came back and picked me up the next day when my vehicle was ready. Friendly, easy to deal with and very happy with the work done on my vehicle!

Ben White Automotive did a great job on by 1999 Ford Ranger. They where the only ones to figure out what was wrong with my truck. Took it to two other Automotive places they couldn't figure the problem other then costing money. Real happy with what they where able to accomplish with getting my truck to run properly. Thanks to Scott the technician at Ben White Automotive did a great job.

Bought an older car and wanted a thorough inspection of it, esp. the suspension. This was also my first convertible. They came back with an immediate need for tie rod ends and motor mounts. Much quieter up front and also cured a nasty pull to the right. As this is a long term project, I’m sure I will be back. Very happy with their service.

Finally found a great auto repair shop that I feel like I can trust to not rip me off. I went in for a brake inspection and it turns out it was tires that needed repplacing. While they do not do tires, they printed out helpful images and told me the issue with each one. The mechanic took extra time to explain my diagnosis to make sure I didn't get ripped off elsewhere and put in an hour of work inspecting my vehicle free of charge. They also offer a shuttle for transport while you’re waiting, which is a huge plus. I will definitely be back to Ben White Automotive!

I brought my niece’s car here. The car needed a new high pressure fuel line. I brought it in on Monday and it was ready for pick up that Thursday. Austin and the staff at Ben White Auto were wonderful and showed a lot of patience with all my questions. Don’t hesitate to bring your car here!!! Honest work and experience at it best!!!

I mean, they did what they said they were going to do and ran diagnostics.. however they did not use the information that I’ve given themz Instead of trying to sell me about $2500 worth of unnecessary repairs . They could’ve replaced my thermostat and made about $500 . But I get it . They were very timely but it was just a standard things I would expect. I was just hoping to have someone else do some work for me because I didn’t feel like troubleshooting the thermostat or water pump . They aimed for the bushes

OMG, I recommend this auto shop on Ben White. They are top professionals and know their stuff!! I went to my dealership, Toyota they told me I need it to replace my oil pan because it had a leak, And it had a leak somewhere on top when they did my oil change. Turn off to be it was not an oil leak. It was just running water that drips from the air condition when you have it on. They also told me I needed back brakes that I didn’t have any , I took it to Meneky auto shop And it wasn’t Even the bike brakes it was the front brakes that needed to be replaced. Diego is the name of the mechanic that did my job and told me about everything, it was not an oil leak. If I had a young daughter I would hook him up lol. He knows what he is talking about I am very happy with the service that they provided and on top of that they are honest And they save me close to $1500. 🥸🙏🙏🙏 I will refer anyone that has car problems to this place. She will not go wrong. Thank you, Diego and the host staff that attended to me

So glad l stopped in. These guys are awesome. I had to travel a good distance and I had doubts about my ride making it but I made it there and now I’m back. I was told by another shop that I needed a new engine but Jerome tuned up my ride and it’s running like new. Thx BWA

Sold me a catalytic converter that didn't last a year. They said it was probably from me not changing spark plugs, but I've taken my car here a few times before for inspections and oil changes and they never mentioned that. I made the mistake of not going to an auto shop in my insurance company's network, so my insurance company refuses to do anything. I'm out $1500 now and this whole thing just leaves me with a feeling that I was done wrong. I won’t be going back.

The mechanics were honest & provided a quick turnaround. They also sent educational videos & answered all of my questions. Providing tools for me to learn about my car is proof of this shop's integrity. I never felt upsold or dismissed. Shoutout to Jerome & Austin for the great customer service!

Wanted to say thank you to Austin at the front counter and the guys in the shop for squeezing me in an hour before closing to get my AC recharged before I left town for a road trip. They were honest, fair and did a great job helping me out, after I had called around to several places that didn’t have an AC tech available on a Saturday! A+ customer service

These guys are good, and they care. Which is also good. But as with all things like this, I need to wait awhile to really know if what they did has solved the problem. So, until I know differently I am very pleased. And will get back if my mind changes. Oh, and don't worry about the stars, I don't give hardly anyone five. 'Cause no one is perfect. So, this is as good as it gets, eh? Also, their shuttle service is so helpful.
