Toyota dealership was quoting me over $6k for a new wiring harness after rodent damage. Caleb and his team got be back up n running for a fraction of that cost. I will never use the dealership again and Bennett has a customer for life!

Charged my $600 and took 4 days to replace a tube. He wanted to double that price to fix another leak, poured water into my coolant system to "show me where the leak was". I couldn't afford an more work or waiting. When I left it felt like it was worse than when I dropped it off. Also, he didn't return my engine cover. Only positive thing I can say is he replaced the battery in my key fob for no extra charge.

Had to get a new alternator. They were communicative, quick, and had a fair price. They were busy (for good reason) but I was able to drive off with the new alternator same day. I’ll be going again next time something comes up , and I recommend to anyone!

Just had a terrific experience at this business. Rear brake lights would not turn off on my late model Lexus and noticed the plastic fragments on the floor mat below the brake pedal. A new stop gasket was required. I ordered the part thru Amazon but soon found out it was beyond my ability to contort myself enough to replace it. By chance took it to Bennett Road Automotive and Caleb the super friendly manager said he could do it right away and did it in 5 minutes. Thank you very much, I will be making an appointment soon for the vehicles routine services needed.

My car broke down for the second time in 6 weeks. I had taken it to another mechanic and told them that I believed it had an electrical issue after the first breakdown. That mechanic did not have an electrical specialist and did not tell me that they didn't have an electrical specialist. They did some diagnostics on the car and determined that there was nothing wrong with it. When I broke down the second time I went online and looked for a mechanic that had an electrical specialist. I found a few different results and started calling. The first place I called I went straight to voicemail and even though I went to their website and tried to fill out a form, did not receive any communication within the first couple of hours. I then called Bennett road automotive and was greeted by Caleb who is extremely helpful. He even suggested a tow truck company that would be able to pick up the car and drop it in their lot after hours as it was getting late in the day. They set an expectation that it could take them a while to track down the electrical issue but called me within 3 days to let me know that they had found and resolved the issue. They also went ahead and changed the oil since it was at time. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them to other people looking for a trustworthy and reliable auto mechanic.

I have currently had my car seen by Bennett Auto 3 times, and all 3 times I have had a positive experience. The 1st time was due to my A/C and that issued was fixed promptly. The 2nd time was due to my car acting a bit weird, the mechanics took their time reviewing and testing the car, and informed me they would rather make sure it’s nothing and not have me waste my money. I greatly appreciated that sincerity. This most recent time, my car had a bigger issue, I took it in, the mechanics were able to figure out what it was and fix the issue promptly. I am happy with the services provided and will continue to be using Bennett Auto for future car services. I would highly recommend this Auto Service.

This is the only mechanic I trust in all of orlando, if you are looking for an honest mechanic..this is the place..there prices are affordable..they are not money driven and they put out high quality service. Flexibility is everything..I sound like a commercial 🤣 😂 but this place is a gem..fully recommend

excellent job removing my dent. Quoted me a price. Was reasonable. When done they saved me another 150 dollars. That was much appreciated. Its like there never was a dent. I give them 5 stars.

I scheduled a appointment for a oil change and the guys at Bennett pointed out that the drive belt was crack as well as the transmission fluid cap was off so the fluid had taken in dirt and stuff. They were able to take care of it the same day. Would definitely come back for service and recommend to others.

We have been taking our cars to this location for many years. They have always taken good care of us with honesty and integrity, and we have never felt like we were taken advantage of. Are you willing to pay FULL price at the top of the range and gamble if the work being done was what your vehicle needed to begin with? Because that's what's offered here. I brought my vehicle in for a sudden issue making a very loud distinct noise. After inspection, I was told that it was brakes. I paid $1150 for front and rear brakes (pads & rotor) to be replaced. I commented that I was relieved it wasn't the wheel hub (something I had replaced one time before) Within a week my vehicle was making the horrible noise again! First,I had to make an appointment for them to look at it again (even though I just paid them to fix it). Then what do you know, I was told it was the wheel bearing & hub assembly?! It would be another $900! No apologies for misdiagnosing it the1st time. When calling back to discuss how to resolve a compromise there was zero responsibility taken. When I questioned why there was no mention or notes about this in the 1st inspection Caleb, the manager told me how old my vehicle is and that he didn't bring his crystal ball to work that day! Seriously? That's the reply to a customer you just failed to take care of? Way to perpetuate the stereotype of the dishonest auto mechanic shop!
