Jorge was absolutely AMAZING.... Benny's automotive and Jorge just saved me a lot of cash ($550.00) I took my truck to my usual auto repair guys and they told me I could not get an appointment until Tuesday and was going to repair something that was not even the problem! Jorge repaired my truck within 20 minutes for $5.00!!!Thank you Benny's and Jorge!

One thing that's rare in the automotive industry is generosity and goodwill. I could have easily been charged an arm and a leg for what was a simple fix, but these guys took care of me. If you are wondering where to take your care, choose here It also helps they are a Napa autocare center.

Great service, super friendly staff and fast turn around time. I had my Truck in there for an a/c concern that 2 other shops could not figure out, took it to Benny's and they had me back on the road the same day with ice cold a/c. They were also very accurate on the estimate compared to the work that was performed. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Thank you George!!

I needed to get work done on my car for a long time. A coworker recommended this place And I’m glad he did. George has been very helpful and so far so good. Follow up: the price was what he said it would be and the car is running really nice. If you’re on the fence, this place is definitely worth a try.

We had trouble with our Cargo Van stalling. Had it towed to Bennys. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable price and tweaked the a/c on the truck for free!

Met George when I had issues with my ford escape. My engine light came on and I randomly seen Benny's. As soon as I went inside George had the best customer service. Took time to walk outside, popped the hood, point out a few things. Well knowledgeable and you can trust this guy! He did a diagnostic test and didn't even charge me!! Phenomenal service with people who know what they are doing!!! GO TO BENNY's!!!

My 2007 Tundra was giving me error codes for a bad sensor, Benny's saved me over $2k that many online searches and other mechanics tried to quote me. Never been to a mechanic that was so honest, and refused to take payment for their solution & help. But I refused a little stronger. ;-) George/Jorge was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help me even though the entire shop was full of vehicles. Do not hesitate to use this shop for your vehicle, and drive past the other shops on your GPS to get to them. You'll believe it once you visit.

I have a Lexus IS250, the check-system warning lights came on for no obvious reason. Jorge at Benny's diagnosed the problem and got it fixed within an hour or so and the charge was very reasonable. If I had gone to the dealership (Toyota or Lexus), it would cost me a small fortune and at least half-day or more time sitting in the dealership waiting room...what a difference! I highly recommend Benny's Auto for sure!

Jorge was a pleasure to speak to in the front office. Took care of an alignment (computerized) for the best rate around. No hidden anything; just an out-the-door good price. Saw inside the shop, and looked organized. Seems trustworthy, and will take a second vehicle in for AC and suspension work soon.

I took my car to Benny's to see why my AC was blowing out hot air. George took the time to explain his approach on how they would diagnosis the issue. He and his mechanics demonstrated a knowledge of mechanics and were confident in the fact that they would come up with a solution to my concerns. They were honest and showed genuine concern for the problem at hand. I look forward to returning to this shop.

In one word: Honest! I've visited this shop for around 5 years now and have never had issues with them. They are an honest family business who knows their stuff. When they do not do something, they will let you know, rather than experimenting with your car. I've recommended them to others, and their feedback is the same. Very Happy to have them around!

The best auto service shop around!! The owner/manager is kind, honest, and dedicated to great service at the best price. He’s helped me multiple times now from replacing light bulbs in my headlights and break lights to repairing my rotors and doing an alignment. Only place I will take my car to.

Just super fast and reliable service. A friend of mine recommended this place, I came with a noise coming from my front wheel. I was told it was a bad wheel bearing by the previous owner. But this guy George just tightened some bolts, and I was good to roll. Thanks If any problems, only Benny's from now on.
