Came for inspection sticker—second visit—line too long on first visit. I got here at 11:30. I was the 6th car in line. It is 12:18 and I’m now the 4th car in line.

This Bennys is very convenient and the staff is always friendly. I like how they decorate for the holidays. Had to cancel my membership because there’s a leak in my car (not their fault) and they make sure not to not give you the runaround once you’re ready to cancel your membership, probably took me 3 minutes to call and cancel.

Got my inspection, oil changed, and a car wash. Everyone there was super professional and welcoming. It all went very quickly. Went back because I didn’t realize I could reset my change oil notification myself, but they reset it for me and aired up my tires. Big shout out to Karey for being so helpful!

Interior cleaning is a joke. You pay $45 for them to only clean carpets and put mist in car. Had a stain/spill on dashboard and brought for cleaning. Car went through and they didn’t even bother to clean the stain or wipe it. All they do is clean carpets put some mist wipe and done. They don’t even check around to see

I came to Benny's to have my car inspected and KK went above and beyond to help me with my situation personally. She helped me collect what I needed, even though it was approaching closing time. I 100% recommend Benny's and especially KK at the Perkins Rd location for vehicle inspections! She's been doing them for 13 years and will get you in and out! I'll be back next year after such a kind and memorable experience, AND I'll be telling all my friends. Thank you girl ❤️🙏🏻

KK and DeeDee were amazing! They helped me with my emissions for my out of state vehicle and gave me amazing advice on how to keep my vehicle up to date while I am away from home. Thank you both so much!

Update 2024: This time around I can't get my inspection done because even though it has passed 3 years in a row now my tint on my windows is too dark. Coming here is like going to the DMV. This is a consistent sorry excuse for business and I don't understand how it continues to expand. I come to this location often for car washes and oil changes. I went in for a car wash on July 29th and didn't have time to vacuum my vehicle. I get home and my bumper was gone! Apparently something in the wash hit it and tore it off. Brittany, the manager, was quite unsympathetic. I requested a card and she told me I would only be talking to her, through the phone on her hip, alluding there was no other action she would entertain other than giving me the bumper back. It now has a crack and several dings in it. Worse service I've ever received from Benny's for the two years I've patronized the shop.

Benny’s is the one stop shop for all. Quick inspection and super one car wash staff! I want to shoutout Landon, working the morning shift around 9:30AM, especially for helping me scrub my car and getting me thru the car wash. He deserves some praise!

My daughter loved the Halloween decorations. When she arrived this year they weren’t hung. KK quickly noticed my daughter being sad and told her she would hang them. We returned the next week and all the decorations were up and so beautiful. My daughter was SO happy and KK really went the extra mile. We love Bennys on Perkins and we love KK!!

I paid $49 for a complete car wash and interior detailing (Benny's best + interior detailing). But I am very disappointed with the service. I could have done a better job cleaning my car inside and out without these many equipments. The dust inside my car as well as the dirt outside of my car were intact after the cleaning service. I went back in the evening and they seemed to understand their mistake and offered to do the service again for free. But, I am still not satisfied with their work. For $49, you can expect to get a $10 quick service. They didn't even take 5 mins to clean my car, which shows how less of an effort and commitment they put into their work. Overall, my experience was positive, but there were some challenges with the inspection process. Unfortunately, I had to wait for 1.7 hours, and the inspector retained my registration. Despite this issue, I still appreciate the overall quality of the service here.

So I went in for an oil change and state inspection. KK performed my inspection. When I was approached by her, I thought I would just be another number in the line but she was very friendly and warm. She gave me patience with my questions and was consistent with every vehicle. She knew what to check for which kept the line moving at a nice rate. She was very considerate of my kids giving them a warm greeting and hug. Felt like a Benny’s family reunion. lol I am a member of Benny’s and based off of her service, I will definitely continue with my membership.

Went there for an inspection sticker. While the wait did seem long, the service was great once it was your turn. Kiki, was wonderful. Very sweet and helpful. Free Vacuum afterwards. Don't know another place that adds that in. Wish there was one near me.

Went to Benny's to get a new inspection sticker and could not be more pleased. The staff was friendly and efficient, especially KK. She not only performed my inspection, but she also gave me great tips about LA wallet and my vehicle. Everyone go to KK at Benny's!!

If you get an oil change there they will likely fill it up too much and damage your engine. That’s what happened to me. I checked the oil when I left, and it was practically overflowing.
