My cat was not clean at all! Even after I went through the cleaning area and I informed them my SUV I wasn’t cleaned properly, they asked me to get back in line. I informed them that was not fair to me. I pulled to the side to allow them to clean it and they STILL did not do a good job. Greenwell Springs Road Benny’s is the WORST

You would think being a member they would have some sympathy ! Their raggedy car wash brush ripped my front end fender ! Fine we ran back the camera prior to entering nothing was wrong with my vehicle , once I exited you see Damages ! They had to audacity to NOT allow me to file an insurance claim on their behalf ! So I politely ended my membership & never looked back since ! Brief disclaimer this location is soo ghetto , vacuums always broken , loud music playing , beggars , sellers & weed smokersss ! Good-LUCK!

I got my oil changed today, service techs were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use their service. I want to say the lead tech's name was Nick, I did not get the other guys name but they were both great.

They did a great job with my vehicle . Making sure it was well taken care of and they did a wonderful job with the customer service. I’d recommend this place to other people if they want the best customer service possible. They are kinda pricey but it’s worth it . I will be coming back to visit .

I came here 3 days ago to get my company’s truck washed and have the interior cleaned. My floorboards were pretty dirty. They told me they weren’t sure if they would be able to clean it that good, but they spent a good amount of time on it. They even pulled it back around ( because there was a line forming ) to keep cleaning it. They did a great job and my floorboards look so much better. I wish I would’ve taken before & after pictures. Thank y’all so much!

I came in for an oil change and the service was great. The guy made sure my air pressure in my tires was good. Refilled the wiper washer fluid and I brought some wipers and he put them on for me. Great service! He made sure the basic maintenance for my car was good. 😊

Phenomenal speed and the most courteous young men ever. I had to stop in after work and I dread making extra trips on the way home, but they did not waste my time and their professionalism made me feel very comfortable. I love the way Benny's always has one person on lead and one person filling in and training. This is how you make leaders and great teams.

We paid for full service vacuuming and car wash. This is immediately following the service. My car is hardly ever used and had no clutter to work around, but this was the final result. There is an actual twig left near the gear shift. It’s seriously asking the bare minimum to vacuum the car effectively. The doors weren’t wiped clean, the dashboard wasn’t either. We didn’t have time to wait back in line for a better clean.
