I got the best service at a discount for 3 months, canceled after a month. Staff is extremely rude, I asked them to come fix the vacuums, he went out of his way to help everyone else before coming to fix mine although I am the one that went and hunted them down to fix it in first place. Last time I ever go there.

Awesome customer service. Desperately needs a remodel. One of the worst locations. Vacuum area ground always nasty & vacs are often broken & low pressure. Car wash does not clean like Essen or Seigan lane locations.

Long wait, service done properly, no smiles. Updating from 3 stars down to 1: customer service even worse than last time. It would be nice to interact with people who don't seem to dislike their job so much. Rudeness is unnecessary.

I tried to get an inspection sticker today at this location, and I knew something was fishy because, the people in front of me looked me up and down while I was sitting in my vehicle. As the attendant approached my vehicle she took out her window tint gage and told me I was going to fail because it’s illegal (which is a lie because when I got them tinted I asked for legal acceptable tint in the front and back. The car in front of me had the same window tint. So I go to the site on Airline and they do the same thing but I get an inspection sticker. The little girl working at Coursey site looked like she just rolled out of bed with her big racist self. The man above doesn’t sleep.

Only bought the cheapest wash but it did a very good job. Great vacuums. Oh, the attendant was standing at the place where you pick out your wash and pay was so courteous, so glad to see young people being so polite.

Sent my wife here thinking this place was trustworthy. They first attempted to sell her an oil change for somewhere in the ballpark of 159$. After questioning it, it became just over 80$. They then succeeded in selling her a 13$ air filter for 29$. Also, be prepared to get upsold the entire time you are there, that's why they want you to stay in your car during the entire service. Pick somewhere else like Quicklane on airline. They are reasonably priced, don't upsell, and have very little wait time.
