My oil change at Benny’s on airline was a very pleasant experience. The attendant was very thorough and kept me informed of everything being done. I didn’t feel pressured to buy extra products. Very quick too.

The men and ladies are very nice, very helpful and very thorough. They check all fluid levels and give me a Benny’s air freshener before I leave with a big thank you. This is why I keep coming back. Try them once. You’ll see!

Very disappointing experience when attempting to get an inspection sticker. Because I declined being upsold on windshield wipers, the worker stormed off without any further communication. Being an inspection sticker specialist gave her some weird power kick. Benny’s management needs to spend more time training their employees on customer etiquette.

You can wash your vehicle almost anywhere, but at Benny's, Customer service is great. That and the deals is what keeps me coming back.

After paying for a detail, it took LITERALLY 4 minutes to have the truck done. What you get? A good customer service, but unfortunately a low quality service. The floor mat was dirty and they had to vacuum sand again , the mid console was with the dirt and all wet, these pictures are after they finished their job. I should have read the reviews before paying for “detailing” .

Thank God y'all got rid of Rob. He was ruining the business, driving customers and employees away. As soon as I got the wonderful news that Rob is gone, I am a customer again. Hopefully y'all are able to bring down the prices that Rob kept increasing.

I used to love coming to this specific Bennys but now they seem to be under staff but REALLYY everyone sitting around half doing their job. Half of them don’t communicate and dont wanna help. I just paid $50 to get my car detailed. I left with a dusty steering wheel, a wet driver’s seat and door handles untouched. DONT spend 50 dollars for a spray and wipe off !!!

Worse car wash ever definitely not worth the money. Inside and out Terrible wash. I didn't have time to drive back after I realized how bad the wash was. After receiving a call from Benny's, they rewashed my car and did it right this time.

Back in the day Benny was a nice treat to get your car washed. First of all for a carwash and detail its 49.99 before taxes. Then they trick you into getting the membership and when you attempt to cancel, no one knows anyway. I just left and my car was half washed, l will never ever go again.

I went through Benny’s Car Wash and when I came out I had a few dings and scratches on my vehicle. I talked to a manager and he said it wasn’t from their car wash but I know those scratches and dings weren’t there before. My vehicle is only a 1.5 yrs. old I showed him a few scratches on another vehicle that came out of their car wash because I knew he was going to say no one else’s vehicle had the same dings and scratches. Then he proceeded to tell me not to touch anyone else’s vehicle after I show him the same results on another vehicle. I called the police to file a report with them but they said there was nothing that they could do about it. Just know that if you go through their car wash there is nothing you can do if you see dings or scratches from their car wash on your vehicle.

Was great as long as I had my personal car. When I had to start renting for Uber until I got another vehicle, the manager informed me that I couldn’t get a tag without paying a $5 fee. I had never had that happen before and I had been with Benny’s for a while. The amount of money I spent on fresheners alone should have covered that. Sometimes you have to look at the customer account and honor and respect those who have been with you for a while before you use your poor management power. Sad thing is I even paid more for the gas just because it was convenient. Thanks! You’re saving me more money! Good day!

I got an oil change for the 1st time at Benny's today. The service was great! Quick, polite, and efficient if I had to use 3 words. Ashley and Nijah (hope I spelled this one right) were great! They were polite and attentive from the time I pulled in the bay until the service was complete! 5- Minute oil change just lost a faithful customer!
