When 4 tired were replaced with winter tires, 2 tire sensors were broken. One of tire valve was loose so the tire was completely flat next morning. One of tire cap was not put into back. When I went back to the shop to complain, the owner made excuses that the worker was tired and so on. My conclusion is that I will not go to the store anymore and I will not recommend anybody!

Back in the 90's they use to be very selectable about the used tires they put on cars . Now they are selling tires that are down to the wear indicators or just above them. Today a tire they sold me last week went flat. I went to Sam's club they showed me Benny's sold me a tire with 5 patches . The legal limit is no more than 3 patches. If you do business with them only buy brand new tires. Primwell are the cheapest new tires you can buy. Don't waste money on used tires. Tires are too important. You can die in your care waiting for a tow truck. Don't save money buy brand new. Please!!!!!

I’ve been coming to this place for nearly 20 years. It’s just a small little storefront but it’s easy to see why they’ve been around for so long. The guys here are really honest and will never try to sell you anything you don’t need. They’re also quick and knowledgeable. I’ve had countless great experiences here and would recommend to anyone!

Website says they’re open on Sunday’s and even their doors are open but they do NOT will help you. Simple as that. If you have a problem with your tire don’t come here. This people have no sense of good service.

Had a sudden flat and this guy plugged it in minutes and filled the tire with air and he excepts credit!! Definitely recommend!!!

Sold me a used tire for $40. It was the "only" one they had available for my car and I was desperate to have it because it was winter, I just hit pot hole, and I needed to get home. It turned out to have a dimple and leaked air overnight. Any careful mechanic would have caught that. I can't say I trust them.

The same problem that Benny fixed in my car tire came back a few months after he fixed it. When I called about it, he refused to finish the job. I was not happy with my experience. Also, felt that the staff was rude when handling the issue.

Don’t even think to come to this shop , you agree with them on one price and they charge you more . When I tell them I m gonna write a negative review on google they simply said they don’t care .

Honestly the best tire shop in town. The man is crystal clear about what's to be done and how much it costs. He is a maestro of tire repair - tires hold up as new after repair but he has a great selection of used ones if something is unfixable. Still I always insist on a patch instead of a plug.

They put my tires on wrong.. they did not torque them properly or align them properly either. They dont even know how to follow the proper rules for lug nut formation to evenly tighten the wheel. Their work is very dangerous and I cannot believe they are open. Do not go here by any means!!! They tske advantage if desperate people and know absolutely nothing about cars

This place has saved me countless times. I've taken my crown Victoria, Cts, Miata, Mercedes , and now my Lexus here over the years and they've never let me down. Even found a match for used own tires for my benz that had staggered tires! This place has saved me a ton of money.

Highly recommend. They replaced all four of my tires in around half an hour, only $50 each. Benny and his worker are both very nice and friendly.

I visit this place today My car shows the shine for tier management I told them about this So he took out some air and he said now ok But still no good and charge me 50 $ for just take out air , that means they don’t know anything about the car , just making money so please be tak care

This is the best place to have tires repaired or buy new ones. Benny and Tony are very knowledgeable and honest. We've been using them solely for 25 years.

My advice, stay away from this place. I came in to repair a tire and left with a broken bolt. The owners response: "these things happen all the time, you need to go to other mechanic shop and repair there".
