I was just there 10/7/24 to get a tire fixed, on the phone they said it would cost me $50 for a used tire when I got there the guy said it was $60 I told him that I just called and was told that it was $50 he started laughing and, they didn’t have one that fit my car. Then they tried to sell me a supposedly new tire that looked used so I just got my tire plug. The balancing machine is broken so if I purchase a new tire how was they going to balance it also they don’t have a credit card machine. DON’T USE THIS PLACE. No I was not aggressive you was so busy trying to push a fake new tire you were mad that I didn’t fall for your trick just because I am a women doesn’t mean I am a pushover. I heard exactly what you said, your balance machine is broken how can you sell tires and can’t balance them?

Place is open 24 and takes cash only. They don't balance the wheels but it is worth it if you need a quick fix and do not want to spend a ton. They might look closed but just call and they open the gate.

Liers... sell used tires as new. Tires have dryrot and they won't replace with new tires like they charged for

I wouldn’t recommend this place to My worst enemy! Friday I got towed there got a tire Saturday morning the tire was flat! I called went back they gave an another tire Sunday morning I get up the tire is flat yet again! Upon calling them I jus asked for my money back they then tell me to jus come there they would give me a tire and 15$ to send a request thru Zelle! Once I got there they played stupid and then wouldn’t give me the 15$ they are selling BAD tires!!

I had a flat tire. I reached the lock nut key to the repair person. He takes the key but plugs the tire claims to forget where he put it. The manager tells me to check my car. Also he will look at the camera which he did but they were unable to find the lock but key. I have to purchase another key and have the locks on my tires taken off. I would not support this business. I thought they could have handled the suitation better. Terrible customer service 😑.

They sold me a bad tire twice. It’s bad service and they are very rude. Told me $50 on the phone then when I got there they charged me $60. First tire had a bad steel belt in it and the second one is going flat not even a week after having it. Go anywhere but here.

If you went here 6 months ago and thinking about going back don’t! Owned by new people who don’t know what they’re doing. I went in and got a tire put on they told me it’ll be one price then when I get there they up charge me for the tire I just paid it cause I needed it then the tire bust on me on the highway not even a month into me driving it and punctured something causing liquid to leak out the front. I get a tow truck to take it there so they can replace it since they said they have a one month warranty they wouldn’t change it. I do not recommend it’s under some new management and the new people are terrible!

Excuse my french but this company is DISGUSTING BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Do Not Purchase a Tire From this place. DO NOT! They scammed me less than a week ago i purchased a tire from here i wake up today to a completely flat tire i’ve read the previous reviews on here this is something they do FREQUENTLY! i call the business number and the “OWNER” refuses to help me when he STOLE my money. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU CONDUCT BUSINESS SAD BECAUSE THIS IS A “BLACK BUSINESS” disgusting scamming people please learn from me i wish i could’ve gave 0 stars

Take your money elsewhere. This place is a scam. Never trust a place that claims to be cash only. I got my car Towed here after a blow out. I spoke to the guy over the phone he told me $60. When I got there, they told me $85. . I told him I just spoke to the him and he claimed that he wasn’t the owner but did end up giving me the tire for the $60, once I stated that I would call the owner to confirm. He then told me theywere cash only, even though it shows they take cards.Went got cash, and just got my tire fixed. The very next day I come out to a flat. I call them they tell me to come in (5 day return policy). They ended up patching my tire, and then a week later my tire was back flat. Don’t shop here. They lie and scam. Oh and they say they are 24 hours.. no they’re not.

I called asked for a used tire the guy told me he had one and said the price would be sixty dollars, because of his quote I assumed the tire was in like new condition understanding I could get a new one for about that price but because I needed the tire at that moment I decided to go check it out . When I got there the tire that he said was a $60 tire was really worth more like a $40 to $50 tire at best that’s when it became clear that these guys are just quoting random prices and it wasn’t based off the quality of the actual tire. I needed the tire so I asked the guy if I just bought 2 tires would he just charge me $100 flat being as though the tires weren’t really worth $60 a piece however the guy was firm on his price again I really needed the tires at the moment so I agreed to his price they put the tires on but when I looked at one of the tires I noticed that it looked like it was plugged already on the sidewall I mentioned it to the owner he then became rude and tried to convince me that it was ok and it was ok to plug a tire that way. At this point I already was over the whole thing with the tires I paid these guys their asking price and decided to just part ways knowing I don’t have any intentions of returning. I say all this to warn anyone who does business with these individuals to proceed with extreme caution.

Reasonably priced and super accommodating! They let me get my car towed there by AAA around 2pm and installed my tires! I was able to go pick up my car when I got off of work with no problems! Definitely recommend

Went to ntb and they said the leak was where it wasn’t. Went met Beno and the guys and they got me rt and they where done in 15 mins start to finish!! I hope they keep up the quality and service bc this was a great experience
