I wouldn't say they're a rip off but definitely not a good option. I took my ML in for a second opinion it was randomly throwing a bunch of codes and my usual mechanic was unable to find the issue as he would reset the computer and get different codes . He said he didn't want to charge me something he wasn't sure so he suggested I wait until it was consistent . After the third time of getting a code flash I decided to take it to this shop and explained exactly what I just wrote above . He said he understood and that there was a fee to check . I said of course and they called me within 20 sating that he was 100% sure it was the steering sensor and cold only be a dealer part bc it was coded and it’s $900. I said ok if you're sure than it must be done 🫣 He ordered the part, changed it and called me 3 days later saying that the car is still having the issue and now I need to change the ignition switch and that it would be an addl $1300 and of course this was another dealer only part. I asked if he could put my old steering sensor back as it obviously was fine and he said that is not an option . I gave 2 stars bc at least he let me take the computer and switch to another mechanic ( after reading and reading online I found one ) who tested them and said they were both fine but sometimes the switch does get old so he re-soldered to be sure. When I put it back in the car everything has been running perfect since . The shop said he felt badly for the mishap and would not charge me cc fee if I payed cash . Also when I complained that he was just pulling parts and changing them without concern for my expense his actual response was "sometimes we want to look good but Mercedes is not a car for everyone" implying that I should not own a Benz. I have had Mercedes for the pas 25 years since the w124 E class and have been quite happy with them . This was a mistake on my part to trust this mechanic . Anyways I have tried to be objective in this review bc I don't believe they were intentionally trying to rip me off but they truly don't care for their customers, they really just pull and change parts at the slightest whim without troubleshooting.

I was on a roadtrip from Naples to Key West with my 1988 Mercedes SL560 and in Miami my brakes basically stopped working. I searched for repair shops and found Benz Auto Service--so happy that I did. I brought the vehicle there without an appointment, Ramon popped the hood, got on the phone, and sourced the part that needed replacement. They were able to get the part and make the repair within 2 days, which is very impressive especially given the age of the car. Super friendly shop, great communication and very reasonable prices. They basically saved the day and I can't thank them enough. Highly recommend and would 100% consider them for all future needs.

Ramon is awesome. Superb attention to detail fast and excellent service plus 40% less than what the dealer quoted me. Had access to the technician and explained in detail everything to me. Had a B service done on my GLE 350 plus a auxiliary battery malfunction. Thanks guys for being honest, efficient, and affordable. God Bless!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU COME TO THIS PLACE. This is a total rip off . The owner (Ramon) might look like a pretty honest guy , but he is not. I thought I found an honest mechanic in Miami but he was just another regular thief .Dishonest people and totally overpriced. They charge charge 1200$ for something that could get fixed for 400$ (a third of their price) . If you don’t mind throwing out your money , this is your place. The business was shady , I was charged 1200$ , and the car still had the same noise (they didn’t even test the their own repair) . I hope this review saves some people’s money and time.

Por mucho tiempo busque un buen taller para mi auto, pues al ser mujer sola, no muchos me daban el correcto diagnostico, solo por el hecho de cobrarme, incluso me llegaban a decir que mi caaro tenia un muchas cosas que arreglar cuando era solo una boberia. Hasta que encontre al Sr Ramon, hombre bien honesto y eficiente, me da el diagnostico correcto e incluso me ofrece garantia por un año, que mas podria pedir. Gracias Benz Auto services por todas sus atenciones y buen servicios. Los recomiendo 200%
