Rude and unprofessional front receptionist, overpriced a less than 10 mile tow - triple the cost, demanded cash, called 7:30pm pick-up overnight and emergency, kept my car on someone’s property for the rest of the evening through overnight stating the driver was tired to take it to storage, tow did not require a key yet stated it was required, went through my personal backpack, 12min to pick up and tie down car for transport - $800… did not want to document payment breakdown when asking for a receipt, asking for tax charges, pain in the ass to prove it was my car yet had everything to prove it - asking for personal information… all captured on my car’s multiple camera and video footage. This place is unprofessional, rude and ridiculous. Beloit is their office and Janesville is only their tow and junk storage in case you would like to save a few minutes. I would NOT recommend this place.

This was the only towing company to answer my call. Not only that but they calmed my anxieties and fears as this was my first time breaking down. They responded very quickly and helped me decide what to do with my car and assured I made it to a safe location until I was able to be picked up. This company truly saved me on the side of the road! I could go on and on but to end it here they are quick, respectful, kind, safe and the people you should call when you need a tow!

Excellent customer service they made my diservice day go easy. Had my old beater vehicle die today. Only two hundred eight thousand miles and just seventeen years old. Engine just died at 70mph on I90. I rolled to a stop on the interstate, just outside of Janesville. One call solved towing, paperwork was ready when I arrived, out the door with cash I went. Great people and professional sevice.

They towed my wife’s car from an accident ( red Toyota Camry) on 3-14. My wife was very happy with their service and being helpful. Would definitely recommend their service.

Doesn’t seem to know that you don’t need a title to salvage a car. Very, very picky and very hard to work with but unfortunately I had no choice.

Our company van broke down today. We called and they were able to tow us back from north of Janesville to Fox Lake, IL. The best part was we didn't have to wait long for a tow. She was very friendly and very professional. Will be definitely calling them if we ever get stranded again.

They are NOT in Janesville. They're in Beloit. I showed up and called asking why everything was closed up and they said nah we're in Beloit that's just the storage yard. I suggested they fix it on maps and the lady hung up on me. She was very rude.

Jerry is whom literally came to my rescue with the assist of sheriff bourgwart they both were extremely helpful and literally saved me tonight as I was stranded on the side of the road for over 3 hours in the middle of the country I would recommend berniers to anyone also found out they sell tires I will be calling on Monday thanks again guys so much p.s. tomorrow is my daughters birthday party now I don’t have to stress about my truck during thank thanks so very much

Jerry was very professional and knowledgeable about the specific damage to my vehicle. He showed me where to order parts online so I can do the repairs myself. He saved me a trip to the dealership and a lot of money. He arrived in a very short time, towed my car to my home while I went to work. I highly recommed and will call Bernier's again.
