Got a referral from my brother who had been dealing with these guys for years. Now I have experienced these guys for myself, I will not go to another mechanic. To the point and got me back on the road. Hard to find someone who does see you as a dollar sign. Thanks Raz!! You got me and my vehicles from here on out.

2nd 5 star experience I've had with best auto repair. Parts and labor always spot on. I came in with a bad alternator and dead battery. That was quickly resolved. The blend doors weren't responding to the control panel identified, which one was bad. communicated and answered calls or inquiries on the process. Resolved the issues with minimum to no headache or worries from me. Explained very clearly what they thought was wrong as they dug into what the issue was. And were able to resolve the issue once again where I'm able to use my control panels on my ac and get air out of both sides. I couldn't be happier with the service, communication, as well as the results of their work. If you're looking for a mechanic shop that takes pride in their work and cares about their customers, this one is it. Or if you just need an oil change for regular upkeep and maintenance. I'll be keeping my business with best auto for a long time to come. I fully recommend these guys to friends, family, or anyone else.

very helpful!! recommend!! ran over a massive screw and the guys here took it out of my tire and patched it up for me then noticed an issue with another tire and directed us to a tire shop down the road to have it replaced

Raz is just the absolute best mechanic in town!! It is very clear that he has a real understanding of how vehicles work and gives you the best prices. Raz’s expertise, professionalism, and principles are very hard to beat. I am able to express this opinion as I had to leave my vehicle at his auto repair shop for a week’s time for a major repair. I spent a decent amount of money for the repairs but felt very comfortable doing so because I knew that Raz was beyond fair with his prices. Raz even goes the extra mile to show you what your old car parts look like after the repair and throws in his kindness wherever he can. I can not thank Raz enough for the repairs he made on my car. He is definitely a 5 star business owner!!!

I have been shopping around for months for a place that’s affordable with good customer service. I went to 5 shops including the dealership that left me with no fluids. My differential seal was broken, ran out of fluids. I received a diagnostic first and Raz refilled my fluids so I could make it work and I came back to get it fixed. The service was top tier and affordable. He let me use his microwave to warm up my lunch while I wait for my car and most importantly fixed issues that allowed me to drive safe. My new mechanic for life Thanks Raz. Service and time 10 out of 10 very honest, kind with a great turn around time.

Over the past 7 years, Best Auto has serviced 2 of my cars and I have found they are professionable, reliable, honest, very fair pricing, great customer service, thorough and always quality work. I can always trust their work. Highly recommend this shop.

Best Auto Repair has the best service. My vehicle had engine damage amongst other issues and their technicians were able to find the best and affordable solution. All in a professional and timely manner. They made sure to communicate with me every step of the way. I am very satisfied with the service from Best Auto Repair. I was able to drive a few states over the following week with no issues. My vehicle is running great!

Best Auto Repair has been and will always be my go to shop! I’ve been using this shop for the past 16 years. When I was young and bought my self an older car, this shop has always taken care of my mechanic needs. I currently have a 2016 Honda Accord with about 100K miles on it. I came in for Body work. Raz and the crew went above and beyond. The exterior was professionally fixed and the car looked brand new again. They quoted me a price much more affordable than the dealership and the work was honest and excellent.

Leaving another review because this auto shop is awesome! I got some work done months ago from here. Everyone there is super friendly and they got my car out in less than 3/4 hours. I got an estimate from another place and decided to give best auto repair a call to see if they could give me a quote. Not only was it significantly less than the first auto shop quoted me but they also did a thorough diagnosis to really see what was wrong. Raz is the best - honest, transparent and was informative. Ash was also helpful and informative as well. Everyone kept me updated with what was going on. I appreciate this auto shop because it’s hard to find an authentic place.

I changed 4 coils for my car 4 months ago and cost me more than the regular price. I understand if they change the good coil, not the cheap one, and now one of the coils has backfired. Never go back to this place, expensive and unethical

The best place for auto care in Houston! I got my car wrapped here and also had some mechanical maintenance done. The whole process was very smooth and the customer service was amazing. The team walked me through the process and had great communication through the work with hood turn around times. Definitely will recommend and return for future work

This shop is great they traced the source of my leaking coolant issue and fixed it. I had taken my car to the dealership 3 times for this issue and all 3 times they would tell me they don’t see any leaks and the oil was good, turns out the water pump was the culprit, they fixed my car and saved me more money than the dealership. Great customer service, from Razz the Manager.

I am so thankful for this place my friend recommended. I had a problem with my steering rack and they helped me repair it. Raz was mainly the person that helped me and kept me updated the whole time. I think the other mechanic’s name was Tony. They were extremely nice, helpful, and trustworthy and tried to get my car back as soon as possible. I was super comfortable and I felt safe leaving my car with them. I was mainly worried about the pricing too and Raz helped find a good price for what I needed to repair. This place will definitely be my new auto repair shop!

I hate going to mechanic shops because you never know what you’re going to get but this place was different. I can tell right away that they truly cared for mechanical problems instead of just wanting my money. What I loved about them the most is their honesty, the mechanic actually told me that I don’t need to fix any issue now and I can save money by doing it later. You don’t get that type of treatment from mechanic shops! Definitely will come here again! I highly recommend them if you want an honest job with no surprises.
