They are so bad here, paid extra 8 dollars for hand washing and my car was still dirty, they took everything off the floor of the car and put it in my baby car set got dirty all over the seat ! Never again !!!!!

Upon entering the wash there rail causes curb rash on the rims.. Very disappointing, My car was spotless until today. You need to tell your employer to manoeuvre the car straight into the wash zone!!!

During my visit for a vehicle inspection at this facility, I found the mechanic's ethical standards to be highly deficient. "They requested unnecessary modifications to the car in order to squeeze more money out of me."on me Their exorbitant prices do not align with the subpar service they offer.

Employees at the mechanic shop are very rude, very disrespectful. I had very horrible experience with one. I did NYS inspection there everything was good but they said next time do inspection where you do maintenance.

I would only go to this place if I had to. The last time I went, the vaccuum job was not good, I could still see dirt under the seat. My rims still had dirt on it because no one soaped the wheels. They do a mediocre job to me.

On February 26th, 2024. My wife took both suvs there today and they did a horrible job with rims and glass. 11pm I had to clean glass. Bad business They correct both cars thank you

I pay 27.99 for a wash and I ask for lava and is add on for 6.00 dollars. The car went in the wash and soon it got to the lava nothing came out so I talk to the Manger why the lava did not came out when my car went threw it and he seat there and tell me it did where it comes out it was dry as a bone. So , I my money back for the lava the guy in the back did not push the button to add the lava in the only he did is push the button for the 27.99 wash if you do add on the guy in the back must push it in for the computer knows what the car is there for and put the right ones in what the customer ask for. They need more training and also the people who dry the car need to dry the car better other then this the service is good. It could get better if the workers do there job better

Eveytime I go to this place I have to remind them that the dashboard and cup holder is a part.of the car. I pay for a deluxe wash only to have them just vacuum the inside leaving all the crumbs and dust in the cup holder and dashboard.

Charge 100$ to put car on lift and over charge on prices x100 a part for 100$ they will charge 1000+ rip offs

I just came to get an oil change and they broke my hood latch. When I got back in my car and saw the loose wires I had my mechanic try to fix it. Unfortunately the wires were yanked out from the front as well and I have no way to get into my hood without expensive bodywork. When I contacted Bilal the service manager he told me that it was a preexisting issue… said he is not responsible for a million people’s cars and that they get this all the time. Then hung up on me. I will never be back and I was a frequent car wash/inspection/oil change customer. Lived in the area for 15 years. 10 minutes cost me $200+ and I still need an oil change

This place is the epitome of bait and switch. The $40 oil change advertised is with recycled oil. The service done here was adequate at best.
