Ravi is everything you want in a mechanic: skilled, honest, efficient, trustworthy, and fairly priced. He will never overcharge or try to pressure you to get more work done. Everything that’s been said in other reviews are spot on - he’s really just a good person all around and takes the stress out of car troubles! His team is great too. If you want the best service you can get he’s your guy.

I've surveyed so many other shops in the area. Those other shops have a lot decor on their wall. This is a real shop. No bells and whistles.Just straight to the point. They get the job done, and their prices are fair.

Really honest and not overpriced. He’s so skilled at what he does, gets everything fixed so quickly, and he is genuinely such a kind person. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

I was looking for a good mechanic that I can trust, who has relatively reasonable prices. Because my mechanic I used to go for many years was retired. When I've stopped by and talked to Ravi, he answered my questions and gave me a very reasonable price for the work my car needed. He didn't try to create more work like other mechanics, and told me that my car didn't need all that work the other mechanic told me. The problem was much simpler than what I was told. Ravi was very honest. When he did an oil change, he also checked the tiers and put air in them. I didn't see any other place do that when I was getting oil chance for my car. Ravi is very honest, and his work is excellent. He finds the problem and doesn't create unnecessary work. He has the best service, and very good prices for his quality work.

Great service, super fast and affordable!! Had my front brakes fixed. They even waited for me when I got back late after they closed. Wonderful guys here, would definitely come back for other things.

I love Ravi so much! He is so kind and helpful, but also had the most reasonable prices. He works extremely fast and always gets me my car back within 24 hours - even when replacing multiple brake pads and rotors. Cannot recommend him enough!

I just want to add my word to everyone else's. All they say is so true. This is as perfect as it goes. The shop is small and in a Mobil gas place, but don't be fooled. They can do everything, and they do it well, with a warm, caring heart.

I picked this place out because it was close by but it turned out to be a lucky pick. I had searched online for estimated prices of the parts and repairs I knew I needed and their prices were lower than what I was expecting. They fixed exactly what was wrong with my car and did not give me some run around about “other things that need to be fixed” or try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. They also serviced my car quickly. If I need any further repairs, I’ll be going back there.

Very honest mechanic. My engine light had come on and I originally brought my car to a different auto repair shop that wanted to charge me a ton for a "major tune up." I then took it to Best Automotive Repair for a second opinion. Best Auto found that the engine light was no longer on and the engine was running smoothly. They told me it looks fine and to bring it back if the problem recurred. He didn't charge me a single cent. I thought it was only fair to leave a 5 star review so that others could know about this honest, upstanding mechanic.

Ravi - outstanding service and very honest mechanics Ravi has been my mechanic since I came to Pico-Robertson area in 2011. On my first visit for the $19.99 oil change, Ravi did the oil change with 25-point inspection. I had to make a long roadtrip after and asked him if there was anything I should be concerned about. My car was 2001 so it's aged. I asked him as I suspected something. Ravi checked carefully and said I should be fine to drive it. I left with a peace of mind and did not have any issue with the car just like Ravi said. Ravi took great care of my car since then (my car is still running excellently) and I never had to doubt his service nor his price. He is very honest and acts with integrity. He only fixed what's necessary. I had many mechanics over the years but having my car serviced by Ravi has been second to none.
