Best Body Shop went above and beyond what I had expected of them. From their thorough Monday, Wednesday, Friday check-in to their extensive knowledge regarding my vehicle to encouraging me through a horrible battle with my insurance company. My job was fairly simple being a door hing replacement. But I have to say my experience was excellent. From the beginning my estimate was quick and reasonably priced in my opinion. Scheduled replacement was sooner than I thought it would be. Everything was finished on time and done right. Win Win!!

My sky-lite was leaking badly. Water would pour in.Took time to find a shop that works on them. Finally referred to BEST AUTO SHOP. Repairman came out and found problem right away and fixed it. Then they would not except any payment. They were so kind. Where else would you ever find such kind working people. I would refer this shop to anyone for any problem. BEST service I ever received. I will never use another.

From day 1 when I pulled into Best Body Shop they were very kind, courteous and detailed. There process was simple, they were very informative throughout the time they had our Aviator. The finished repair looked great and they did a great job bringing the Aviator back to its original condition prior to the damage. I highly recommend Best Body Shop. Happy Holidays!!!

Absolutely the BEST experience I’ve ever had with any vehicle repair. Highly recommend! Not only did they make sure my vehicle was repaired properly according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and used the parts that the manufacturer calls for, for the safety of my vehicle, they also helped walk me through the entire process of how to handle the insurance side of things, making sure I was taken care of. Such a great team and shop to worth with! 🙌🏼

As long as I live in Wichita I will use Best Body Shop for all my repairs. Not only did they go over the entire process with me before choosing them, their communication level is impeccable! They constantly kept me informed with the progress of the repairs several times a week. They found other things wrong with it and stopped immediately to call me and let me know so IIIIIIII could make thay decision instead of them just doing it. Their level of professionalism and transparency is impeccable! When it came time for insurance to pay their part and they refused to, Best Body Shop gave me all the information I needed to fight the insurance company to get it resolved. My car though...it's BEAUTIFUL!!!! They not only repaired it but they did a full detail inside and out so when I picked her up she was looking fresh and shiny and smelt great! The little things are what matter sometimes and there was no lack in their attention to detail! And side note...I love their logo...especially the B in their logo...my first name starts with a B and when I saw the decal they put on my back window...UGH I can't explain how BIG of a smile I had on my face! Had our car towed to Best Body Shop after a deer strike based on Google reviews and advertising. Insurance adjuster looked at the vehicle and sent an estimate within two days. Best requested a in person review of the car. Agent stated an in person review was very unconventional and suggested based on recent experience to not sign their agreement because it makes me responsible and takes the negotiation leverage away from the insurance adjuster. I expressed in my meeting with Best that I was only interested in paying my deductible and they should work with the insurance adjuster for the balance. Best refused my request to sign something that made them work with the insurance company stating, “We don’t work that way, we work for you the customer.” After further discussion with my agent, we decided to move the car to another shop. They stated if it wasn’t moved in 24 hours, they would charge storage fees. New shop was MUCH easier to deal with and later learned my experience wasn’t at all unique. Beware, their practices are not common and they have the reputation in the insurance industry of being extremely costly and difficult to deal with..

Had scrapped the back left side of my car Took it Best Body Shop. Joey indicated the paint might just be able to be rubb off . AJ happened come out, Joey asked him to take a look, AJ asked for my keys. In 10 minutes he had it shiny new. the places had quoted several thousand to fix. BEST BODY SHOP will always get my business for the honesty and knowledge of autos. Will be the first one I offer if asked what body shop I'd recommend Thank you THANK YOU

I have always been one who is for supporting the mom and pop places. I was referred here by a friend. Upon my very first interaction with the owner he was warm, friendly, and incredibly professional. In the meeting he took the time to educate us how the process was truly going to work. I was thankful to learn that his business prided itself at doing things the correct way per manufacturer specs rather that with less expensive, less safe, aftermarket parts and repairs. With confidence we left our vehicle with him. A few days later we were given the sad news that unfortunately our teen daughter's car was probably going to be totalled. ln all honesty he was right. The process was gruesome. We underestimated his warning and thought it would be simple enough to deal directly with the insurance company who represented the person who drove the semi that hit our daughter's car. It was a daunting stressful task that lasted far too long. Throughout the whole process there were several communications between Clay (owner), his wife Barb, and the help. Everyone was so kind and knew our names. Clay always made time to talk to us and arm us with tools to navigate through this mess. At one point we we're feeling discouraged, exhausted, and stressed. We were humbled by Clay's offer to pray with us. ♥️ Finally we had to just let our own insurance handle the rest. Even when we started to shop for a new to us vehicle he offered to be a first stop to check over the vehicles to ensure the quality and safety. He looked over a few different cars for us and helped us stay clear of a couple that would not have been a safe choice do to past body work. Which by the way had been done incompletely and incorrectly in spite of the clean Carfax. He even put the cars on a monitor to see all the warning alerts over the life of it thus far. The prayers, information, and knowledge he so eagerly shared with us empowered us to make the best choice for our daughter. In the end we feel that we gained a trusted place where we know we can always take our vehicles for body work. More importantly we gained some friends. These people are salt of the earth, honest, good people. We are so thankful and appreciative. We will send everyone we know here. I hope we do not have need to go back but should a need arise. We know right where to go.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I must add that unfortunately we had another vehicle that had to see the body shop. As always, the people there treated us like family, were thorough, and 100% there to help through every step of the grueling and stressful process making it as pleasant as could be. I hope I never have a need to go back. But should a problem arise, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! They really are the BEST BODY SHOP ❤️

I could tell Best Body Shop cared from the moment I called them. Then in the initial visit for them to fix my vehicle, they literally gave me a tour of their facility and explained how they do things — total transparency, no hidden things. Throughout the process of repair, they called me three times a week with updates on my vehicle. They use strictly OEM parts, that was a huge selling point for me. Overall it was a great experience and they communicate well. I hope I never have to use another body shop as long as I live, but if I do I know where I’m taking my vehicle.

I had questions about damages caused by an accident where my daughter was t-boned. Barbara, the owner’s wife, took her time with me, giving me a detailed explanation from the kindness of her heart without me even being a customer. This showed me that this shop genuinely cares for others and has a high degree of integrity, compassion, and person-centeredness. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your body work needs. If you’re on the fence about who to go to for repairs, CHOOSE THEM! I promise - they care about us as humans.

They keep you informed on every aspect of the process. They found way more damage than the insurance adjuster found. They are the best for a reason. Could not be happier. Make sure to use them rather than the cookie cutter body shops.

Best?? Auto body. Best at what?, ignoring customers? I came in for an estimate, they looked at the damage on my vehicle, said they would call me with an estimate and they never contacted me. (For some reason they gave me a full blown tour of their work areas, not sure why, however they were very clean and it looked very organized). I came back about a week later to follow up and they had nothing ready for me as far as an estimate and again I never heard from them ever again. I went to another auto body shop, they looked at my vehicle and immediately gave me an estimate on the spot all within literally 10 minutes.

Best Body Shop is truly the best body shop that I have ever experienced. They are meticulous in their work and put an emphasis on customer relations that is rare in any service industry. Insurance companies are notoriously difficult to deal with. Clay and his staff work diligently on a detailed estimate and go over every detail of all parts needed and the labor to return your vehicle back to its OEM condition. I took my colector Ferrari the Best Body Shop and was amazed at their communication with me, the research across the nation to find parts, and their attention to detail to return my car back to pristine condition. And when I had a question on a few items they took my car back and went through it again with a fine tooth comb and found a couple things that needed to be fixed that I was unaware of. They fixed those items at no charge even though they weren’t part of the original damage! I strongly suggest that if you want your vehicle repaired correctly and safely then Best Body Shop is the only place to go!

I was in search of a body shop due to hail damage and read the reviews of this place and they were amazing. They provided great customer service in terms of communication but are adamant about not working with insurance. If you like playing middle man between a body shop and your insurance company then this is the place for you. After my insurance company did their estimate on my car the body shop did their own estimate and despite my insurance plan to replace many parts, body shop decided to move forward with PDR. The PDR person was unavailable for 3 weeks so my car was in the shop for several weeks which was not anticipated. After a battle with insurance and supplements not being submitted I was finally able to pick up my car and had to pay a $540 storage fee. The customer service personnel in the office gave my husband and me conflicting information which resulted in a lot of frustration about this fee which I did end up paying as well as the supplement and my deductible ($1200.00+)I expected a wow factor when picking up my car but was less than satisfied when I saw multiple paint chips and several scratches on my car. I was rudely reminded that the P in PDR stood for “paintless.” The foreman and another worker did speak to me and buffed out the scratches on site so that part was very nice of them. All in all I would say be very careful with your words and communication with this shop. I would be more satisfied had my parts been replaced instead of PDR however they did make up for it by buffing the scratches as originally promised. My car looks great but not worth the 2.5 hour drive and many days of miscommunication. If you are local to Wichita then they are good, other wise it will be a hassle working with them and your insurance from a distance.

They were able to get my car in on short notice and I had it back in about a week (needed a side panel fixed). They even detailed my car and provided a bucket of their cleaning supplies for future use. All work is covered by car lifetime warranty. They worked with my insurance agency so all I had to do was pay deductable. Definitely recommend.
