Best Deal Tires and rims

Man, I have been a customer for 15 years, great prices on maintenance and tires, until my last 2 trips. I JUST had brakes and rotors out on the rear wheels, 2 months ago, and I work from home, so I have put a few hundred miles on my car, yet the back, driver side brake is freaking metal on metal, when the rear brakes are used at maybe 30-40% vs the front, and I was told Id need front pads, soon. I would never accuse Adam of anything, he's the man, but I don't know what his employees are capable of, when you have the comfort of sitting in your vehicle, trusting that they're putting all new parts on, and properly. I can't ever reach them by phone, and Adams brother?? The other owner, whatever he is, had attitude to spare, and acted like I was a broke ass, because I couldn't stay, and stopped for an estimate, because I had to be to work at 4am, so I'm hoping to Catch Adam, I never had a problem with the other dude, idk what's up. I also, 2 weeks later, put 4 brand new tires on my "Spare car," and one goes flat, consistently, again, I'll keep trying for Adam, or hope he sees this post. He knows my face the moment he sees me, so I'm hoping he makes this right. I was wondering why my back wheel was collecting dust, when I EXPECTED the front brakes to need done, next. I hope his memory is as good as mine, as There's no detailed receipt, if you've been here, before. I also had an employee try to charge me for all kinds of suspension work, when I came back, another guy gave me a freaking alignment, and was good as new. My opinion, now, is if Adam isn't on site, I'm not bothering, I am in disbelief that I CLEARLY didn't get what I paid for, if it's grinding 300 miles after. Adam, respond to this, with a Date to come in, please, I'll gladly give back my 5 star review, but I'm in shock at how the other guy treated me, and more so that "I need pads again," in 2 months. Thanks.

Brake pads & rotors they do a great job! just remember when getting tires you r getting them at a discounted rate and these tires will not brand new.

They changed my tire for 50 they gave me a wearn down tire way less then had tread the guy put way to much air in my tire and tried to keep my custom caps now for the last week in a half it been goin fat everyday. The worst place ever there so shady.

I have returned my vehicle back to them several times to fix which is my brake pads and rotors on a dodge charger that they said needed fix front $240 and back $240. I got both fixed I thought until my car started squealing loud they say it’s going to squeal because I just got new everything but I knew something was off because it wouldn’t be squealing loud that long. I gave best deal tire a chance to fix the issue but nope still squealing loud. Now that I took it to another shop they said my front break pads are out and bad it’s so bad I can’t even drive my vehicle now I have to spend money again for what I just paid for on 4/24 break pads don’t go out fast it takes a couple years they ripped me off for my money sat there for hours just to steal my money I’m glad I have a receipt for everything plus I am a female I suggest don’t take your vehicle there search else where plus they never answer the phone. I have reported to BBB I need my refund back no time to argue with no grown men. Also always ask for a receipt they only take cash just so they can rip people off.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE TIRE PLACE DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY THEY TRY TO OVER CHARGE WOMEN AND WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR THINGS YOU DID T KNOE ABOUT AND GIVE YOU A BIG BILL IN THE END ITS NOT WORTH GETTING SCAMMED BY A BUNCH OF MEN NEVET GO HERE YOU WILL NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

Whether I’ve bought new tires or used, quality is always great and prices are great in comparison to the bigger commercial brand stores. I will travel a bit further to get my tires from these guys vs paying for additional overhead costs to bigger companies.

Every time I go it’s a problem. Most recently the owner jumped in my face as if he were going to hurt me when I expressed my concerns about the lack of professionalism from him and his untrained snd uncertified staff. He never fix the issues he and his staff caused and left me worse than when I came. (A lot worse). They don’t give receipts and only take cash. I should’ve never brought my business to them. I wouldn’t wish what they put me through on my worst enemy.

Excellent place with really honest work and fair prices. They are a tire shop but also do a variety of suspension work and repairs. The whole operation is busy and the shop has a real “community feel”. Senior employees work the hardest, and the culture of working hard flows from the top. As with any good shop, they get BUSY with people coming in for various repairs. You should expect to wait. Do not go there if you’re in a hurry and are not able to respect their time and workflow. Definitely worth the wait though as my car drives beautifully. These guys are a blessing. My best wishes and prayers are with them.

Came in with a flat and within 15 minutes they had a used tire on for me to replace it. Thankfully they were close and open cause I was late to work. Super nice people and he worked with us on the price

My friend(single mother) got her tire fixed twice, and she is now missing two lug nuts off the tire that was fixed by them. That is dangerous for anybody to drive around like that but especially for a mechanic to not put them back on the tire tight enough to where it either fell off or they just did not put it back on Never again and other people need to see this so they can be aware to check their Lugnuts if they get their tire changed there
