Overall very unprofessional DO NOT COME HERE. Most unprofessional service I have ever received. Went to get a flat tire fixed, dude who fixed it just put in a rubber looking material in like 5 minutes. When I asked how long the rubber patch would last they got angry at me and started talking trash about me in another language. They could not answer my questions in English. The only reason I don't give them a 1 star is because there was one more friendly Hispanic working there who came over and explained everything to me in Spanish (my first language).

Go here first. Today I needed an emergency mounting of a tire on a rim with a flat on it. They were fast, did the job right and helped me get the donut spare back on the underside. We were done before we knew it . And the price was low. Five years ago I wrote this: Greater prices. Smart, well trained, skilled staff. Good procedures mounting, balancing and checking their work. The only drawback is that when the boss steps away, he takes most their English skills with him.

I will give no stars if I could he told me to come out for a wheel alignment for $50 and I said OK when I came he said my tire was bad l. I said OK can I buy a used one? He said yes he then try to make me buy two tires. I told him I only need one tire because there’s only one tired thats bad he kept telling me no you need to buy two tires so he would not do my wheel alignment.

I had a leak in my tire and I called Best Deal up. Drove over in five minutes and they fixed it immediately. Super great service, awesome experience.

If I could give this place a zero, I would, they take advantage of people and over charge as much as they can. They lie so you could get new tires. I brought my car to get my tires changed, I asked if they could get if my tires had leaks or anything, they said they did but they really didn’t, they’re such a waste of money and time. I had to come to Star Tire on Bancroft and foothill to get a leak fixed the next day. Will not recommend to anybody.

I don’t know if is the best deal but I been buying tires from them for a while and they are good tires, not cheap and the customer service sucks they are always in a hurry not one smile but I go for tires not smile so I guess is good not cheap

If I could give zero stars, I wouldI am typically a person that only gives bad reviews, if absolutely necessary… Because I understand things happen that are out of our control. I asked this place to give my tire air. They refused then proceeded to overcharge me for a used tire That already has damage to it.

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN BEFORE THEY ROB YOU: I went there first about a month ago to purchase a used tire. The tire blew up on the freeway. Walmart had the tire in stock for 56$ brand new plus 20$ installation and balancing. They charged me 60$ out the door for the 3 days it worked. I went back there today at 8am to have them fix my friend’s car, small leak. They found it and they said its been patched before and we can’t fix it. You have to get it replaced, 60$ used/120$ brand new. I begged them and told them im poor please fix it, they messed it up more so it would air out faster and I won’t be able to leave. Luckily I live 3 minutes away. We brought the car back, bought a 5$ tire repair kit from autozone and did it ourselves watchin 30 seconds of YouTube tutorial. So if we fixed it they could’ve done better than us and didn’t. Tru definition of dishonesty and ignorance is this business

THE ALL TERRAIN KO2'S NEVER ONCE FAILED ME ON MY SELF TAUGHT JOURNEY..I thought the screw I picked up on my driver side front tire actually punctured my tire..so I went in & got it checked out..just what I thought..it didn't even go through the rubber on the inside wall of the tire..THEY pulled it out & added some much needed air in all four tires..very nice people & extremely fast..I should have given them a tip..but unfortunately I'll be back to buy a spare..so I'll square up then..

They tried to oversell a size 14 tire to me an I figured it’s because I’m a girl because I ended up going to Tire & Auto center on international Blvd and got it for half the price I was told by this location

This is the place to go in Oakland if you need a quick patch for a minor tire puncture like a nail. I was in and out in 7 mins for 15 bucks.

This place has no flyers and prices up on there cah register I been there before and the owner or the boas is very nochalount and say any price he feels that day I ask for a used tires just because it was the day after the 1st of the month he choose who has money for new verus used tire me being is color dark milk beautiful chocolate mocha skin with a child with beads. In her hair he said 100 for a tire and I did have it but my credit card was demagnetize and he said no I can't enter your credit card manually. I had to drive my broken down flat tire back home 12 blocks and I can see the employee dare me to abandoned my car in Theere parking lot until I get my paycheak

Use Caution. Rip off. Overpriced tires, new and used. Sat right there in my car and heard the man quote #2 women in desperate need of a spare tire $12 more than mine. What's so cruel, it was the same size as my tire. They take full advantage of people, especially women.
