I cannot praise this team enough! I had no idea that my BMW X3 had a recall item on it. Not only did John and Danielle reach out to me to let me know but they checked to see if my car had the issue with it and fixed it. This team always goes above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is in the BEST shape! I have been going to them for over 2 years now. Years ago I found them and they fixed my mini cooper and now that I have my X3 I take it to them any time an issue occurs. A good knowledgeable mechanic is hard to find and this team is not only knowledgeable but they are reliable. The added touch is they call periodically just to make sure your vehicle is still safe and sound! Thanks BEST MOTOR WERKS!

Let me just start by saying this is definitely the place you want to take your BMW or Mini Cooper! I just moved to Ohio and I was really stressed out because my 4 series BMW started severely misfiring. Turned out to be an ignition coil that had gone bad. They got me diagnosed and fixed quickly and at an affordable price! I also want to give BIG shoutout to Rufus the service advisor! He went above and beyond to make sure he could get me in ASAP and had me fully prepared for my arrival. Without him this stressful situation would have been even more stressful, but he followed through and made sure I was taken care of. Will definitely be a return customer for all my BMW needs. These guys know what they’re doing!

John knows what he's doing. He's meticulous, loves these cars and gives you straight answers. I've used other independent BMW service centers and haven't been as pleased as I am with Best. There's no better place for independent BMW service.

Changed the wrong spark plug than the first cylinder and Zi specifically told them I needed that. Where did this good rating come from.. I tried to save money not going to BMW but look where Zim going regardless... Very disappointed. Waste of 268 but ya know whatever.

Passing through Columbus, my Mini's water pump decided to fail. After making a few calls for help, Best Motor Werks stepped up and helped a traveler in need. They had me on the road in a few days. I am very happy with the work and prices. If I lived in the Columbus area, I would be a regular. They quoted other work on my engine as it needed help. The prices were fair, and I was aware of the leak, but I am cheap and will wait until necessary. They concurred but wanted to make me aware. I am grateful for their help in a time of need!

John is great! Super helpful, friendly, and he goes above and beyond. I’m so glad I found this place, since MAG mini was getting really expensive. I asked a ton of questions, and he answered every one, i was stuck without a ride home, and he looked out for me - best of all, after taking my mini back to MAG 3 times and still having the same issue, he fixed it on the first try and I haven’t had any issues since. Best motor werks is my new go-to for my auto-baby.

I just had some more work done on my 525i and as always the work was done promptly, efficiently, and with care. They continue to do work that is as good or better than the dealerships and local repair shops. Best is the Best. Honest work, fair prices, and optimized repairs so you do not do what doesn't need to be done now. Unconditionally recommend.

My 2007 BMW 525i was starting to feel its age when I hit small bumps in the road. There was some minor but annoying thumping and rattling. I just got new tires, so I did not want to affect the wear. John replaced both front struts with upper bearings, spring pads, shock rod cover, bump stops, and both front sway bar end links. The car rides like new: smooth, tight, responsive. Thank you!

I have a 2003 E46 generation BMW station wagon that I love dearly, but as a 20 year old car it has both small and large needs. John and the team at Best Motor Werks are always transparent about what work needs to be done, at what priority level, giving me time to plan and prioritize for current and future work. After the current major bout of work the car drives beautifully. They’ve even done things like source and replace the front seat after the heating element died in the original. They understand my particular attachment to this era of BMW, and I trust their work and plans for keeping it on the road for as long as possible.

In my experience, having car maintenance done is usually pretty stressful, but Best Motor Werks manages to transcend the ordinary. Everyone at Best shows a great deal of integrity and knowledge about auto repair, and they're very friendly and easy-going. It's not hard to be a fan; my MINI Cooper runs better now than it ever did. John and his team has been servicing my 2009 Mini Cooper S and my wife's 2011 Copper for several years. Work is throughly discussed with options as to the best course of action beforehand. Prices are fair, work is complete and we are always satisfied with the service. I have and will continue to recommend this business to anyone with a Mini or a BMW.

John and the team are professional working on bimmer cars. my 2008 x3 sitting in some local garages' parking lot for over a year and couldn't find a solution and fix the problem. with the right knowledge and tools, John and the team identify the problem in a day a fix it in a week. they also have 'budget' in mind and always hlep us to save , definitely recommend if you have a bimmer

This place is BY FAR THE BEST place to take your BMW for service, local shop who has been around forever. Kelly bmw wanted $300 to diagnose. This place was significantly cheaper and got me in significantly faster than Kelly BMW could, everyone at this shop was incredibly professional and very kind. Very very helpful and skilled when it comes to bmws, would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking to fix an issue or get an honest answer as to what’s going on with their car. 10/10 best experience I’ve ever had with a auto repair shop.

I was scrolling through my reviews and saw that I reviewed them over 5 years ago but didn't write anything, so I wanted to update this. I gave them 5 stars because I was having issues with my first BMW in a parking lot somewhere (I forget where) and a couple of guys from Best Motor Werks were in the area and came over to offer a hand. I don't have direct experience going to their shop, but the guys I ran into were so nice that they left a positive impact that I still remember years later.
