I took my car to get the barring done they broke my transmission they called me and said the cv joint broke while fixing the barring. I'm told the barring and cv joints are connected to the transmission. Never had any signs of transmission issues before I took my car there. Not only that, they stole expensive things I had in the arm rest of my car for my car and ramshackle it. It had to be an inside job because stuff was missing but my window were not broken my car automatically locks after so many seconds so you had to have a key to get in it. Now I’m car less and probably on my way to being homeless cause I depend on my car totally for my only income.

I brought my truck in to have 2 catalytic converter replaced as they sounded like i had an old metal toolbox filled with metal wrenches bouncing in the bed of my truck. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid. They were also very quick. Dropped it off Friday afternoon and got it back Saturday around 11.

Son unos rateros le cambian a uno Los catalizadores y se quedan con Los de uno Segundo q Los mandan a reparar. Y hay un trabajador Latino creo q es de Colombia es un ratero mentiroso y prepotente. No recomiendo este lugar

Very reasonable person. Affordable and genuine. Very happy with the owner's communication and willingness to patiently explain the problems with me. Got my mufflers and a few other things fixed in a day.

Had me in and out same day ~2hrs. Price and repair was discussed beforehand. Was honest and upfront didn’t try to sell me something that wasn’t needed. Car runs better than before! Def recommend!

We took my car in here to have the alternator replaced and they patched a small hole in a valve and we paid double the amount that they quoted us. I would not recommend this place at all.

Very unprofessional when you call asking for a professional opinion . Cause my muffler hanging off car . To see if I risk anything like a possible explosion and he want tell me anything related to that then hangs up in my face the old me would have come up there and you was going to need local law enforcement buddy. But that ain't me no more I'ma shut your business down though see to it will be true

Took my v6 Nissan Altima in for a front catalytic converter, they had my car done in 2 business days without me even saying the car needed to be finished quick. I was even trying to throw more stuff at the car and the guy told me I should fix the problem first and then see if the other parts actually needed to be changed after, which they didn’t. 10/10 experience for sure

Best Muffler does really good work. I've brought my vehicle to them went I got it to start changing out things due to it being a used car and I didn't know when the last time things had been changed on it.. I was very disappointed this last go round. I dropped my car off so that they could diagnose what was wrong with it. They called back as promised with the issue and price. They were told to WAIT and not preform any services yet until they received a call back from my husband. I get another phone call 20 mins later to tell me my car was complete and was ready for pick up. Which tells me that they had already started on it BEFORE they called me to tell me what was wrong with it. I did not give them the green light to preform any other service so I had no choice but to pay $601 for my car. This is something that they never do but I guess they needed the money.

When I first got my baby(my car) in 2015, I wasn’t taking care of her like I needed to be and got a blown head gasket. I was told from a mechanic that I might as well get another car and that just didn’t sit right with me. I loved my baby! I went to Best Muffler and he put another engine in my car and and fixed it and my baby has been rolling since! The best!

I told them what I needed done to my car andthey delivered. They were thorough and not extremely expensive. They're also really nice. My husband goes there for his most of his vehicle's needs as well. If something else goes wrong on my vehicle I'd definitely call them again.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone these guys had my car for 2 weeks and never did anything to my car and when i call they dont answer very bad and unprofessional business dont waste your time
