I am from Queens, but I take my car to them for service because they are the best! They are honest and do not recommend unnecessary repairs. Their suggestions are easy to understand—nothing complicated at all. I have been bringing my Benz to them for maintenance since last year, and they always recommend using genuine parts to reduce the risk of breakdowns. Their prices are reasonable, and they make an effort to fix everything as quickly as possible. They have extensive knowledge of German cars and other brands as well. I plan to continue having my car maintained by them for the long term. I am a very satisfied customer! 😌

I want to share my double-bad experience with this shop. My car had a brake screeching. I drove it to these guys. They advised me to replace my original rotors and brakes, as if "warning" to the new aftermarket rotors. I trusted them and paid $600 for this service. After taking my car, I found that the brakes still were screeching and more, they had lost the wheel cap with the Mercedes-Benz logo in the center of the wheel, as shown in the picture. I took back the car and asked them for an explanation. The manager told me that they did not know where the cap was and advised me to buy a new one and they would install it. As for the sound, he told me that I should not have installed non-original rotors, and because of this, the brakes had sound. I advise all, just do not waste your time and health trusting your car to them because, as my experience shows, if they make a mistake or do something wrong, you will never be able to ask them to repair or refund you. P.S. The shop responded to me, asking why I bought an expensive car if I could not afford to install the original parts. From the beginning, they gave me both options, original and non-original, but they proved that either one would solve the screeching problem. Accordingly, I chose the one that was more cheap. Unfortunately, they were unable to correctly diagnose the problem source and replaced the part that had nothing to do with the issue. UPDATE: Finally another shop technicians found out what the problem was. It appeared that rear break pads, not the front. So, I lost $600 in unnecessary replacement of good parts. I can not consider these technicians experienced who are unable to distinguish faulty pads, front or rear.

I have attempted and failed to replace the brake rotors and pad on my car. Saw some good reviews and gave it a shot at this repair show. They weren’t kidding about the name of the auto shop, they live up to the reputation. I got there around 10am and there were tons of cars there already. Didn’t think they will take care of me on the same day but they did. Really appreciated Lin’s top notch customer service. Hands down, this will be my go to auto repair shop.

I took my car to get the air condition fixed they just charged it with Freon and dye to see if it leaks and they couldn’t find it !!! But they charged me 180$ and didn’t fix anything the Freon ran out in a day for it to run out so fast it’s a big leak and it should have taken him no longer than 20 mins this is not how you do business. Now they want to charge me again to fix it I could have put Freon and dye myself I brought the car to fix the leak smh never again !!!

One of the most reputable and reliable auto repair facilities in New York. They provide complete transparency when determining the precise requirements of your vehicle. I own a Mercedes CLA 250, and they promptly resolved my problem after I was advised elsewhere that I needed to replace four distinct components or parts. It was actually a very small component. They saved me 100s of dollars and certainly gained a new customer. Ask for Lin! He is the man! ⭐️🌟

One of the least effective and rudest auto shops staff ever. I took my car in for AC repair. First, they said 2 hours and it would be ready. Then, they said no we're really busy. Bring it tomorrow morning between 8 30- 9 00. I brought it in at about 9:40. They said you're too late. I brought it back by 2 00 pm they said they would take care of it. I left my name and number as they requested so they can get in touch with me with the details and quote. No one called. I went back in by 4 00 and nothing was done to the car. They said oh we know what's wrong with it. We can oder the part. So I asked why didn't you call me then ? The guy got angry, handed me the keys back saying it was already 4 00 pm and he couldn't do it. I would never either go back again or recommend that place.

El mejor taller de Brooklyn, todos los que trabajan alli son personas que conocen muy bien su trabajo, comenzando con Hoi quien es el Manager y seguido por Lin y todos los que alli laboran, agradables, amigables pero sobre todo muy honestos. 100% confiables. Para uno como mujer sientes que te van a engañar, pero aqui lleve mi carro a que le hicieran cambio de las pastillas de freno, pero solo cambiaron dos porque las otras dos aun funcionaban. Tambien pense que tenia un repuesto de la suspension rota y les dije que lo revisaran porq en otro taller me habian dicho que estaba roto y hacia un ruido, pero ellos lo revisaron y me dijeron que solo era de agregarle un poquito de aceite y problema solucionado. Wowww ….. super complacida con el trabajo y el precio muy justo. Y ademas de que no corrs riesgo de que no te entiendan, porque hablan mandarin, cantones, español, thoisan y quien sabe que mas, jejejeje
