Great service, Alex was quick and fast. The price was reasonable for the length of the tow. Overall probably the best tow I've had in my 7 years of living in Houston.

Jeremy Minor came and picked my boyfriend up off of the highway in less than 30 minutes and Jeremy even went as far as taking him to an auto shop to buy a part and replace it for him. We can’t say thank you enough to Jeremy and his company. Would recommend 10/10 times!!!!

My car broke down at a stop light and Alex from Best One Towing was first on the scene. It was early in the morning before any repair shops were open so he took my car to my house then was kind enough to drive me to work. He really was so helpful; he went back and picked my car up when the shop opened, dropped it off, and sent me a picture to let me know he got it there. At the end of my work day he called again to check if they were able to get it fixed and to see if I needed a ride to pick it up! Amazing service, 10/10 would recommend. Put their number in your phone and hope you’ll never need it, but if you do… you’ll be so glad you have it!

Guy was fast! Polite but his English is good but not great. He needs a little more information and a little bit of patience to communicate. But he's fast and polite. Felt safe as a woman to ride in his truck.

Honest. Reasonable pricing. My brother had him tow his Dodge Hellcat to a mechanic shop but gave him the wrong address. Alex picked it back up and took it to the correct address for no additional cost. I offered to pay him additional money and he wouldn’t accept. Great guy. Great service.

I drive a motorcycle and it broke down and stopped turning on in the middle of the freeway at 3AM, I got it to the side of the freeway and that's when I called Best One towing service, the driver arrived in less than 15 minutes and was very professional, I had my bike towed to my shop and the price was very good. Overall I was very satisficed with Best One Towing's services and I would definitely recommend it.

I drive a sports car (the front is a few inches of the ground) and needed a truck capable of getting low enough to not damage my car. The driver (who is also the owner) put down extra boards to make sure I cleared the front without any issue (great service!). The truck showed up EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, AND THAT WAS WITHIN 15 MINUTES. It is unfortunate that there are not more owners/drivers like this. I would give this business 10 STARS if I could. Flat rate fee of 140$ (within 20 $ of everyone else but def worth a little extra for this kind of service).

Alex showed up in less than 10 minutes, and in the pouring rain, hooked my car up quickly and brought it to the auto shop. He was so friendly, kind, and fast. You are the best, Alex!

Amazing service!! Got to my location in 15 minutes or less and was very inexpensive. The tow truck driver Alex is a very kind man, I live over an hour away from where I had my car towed late at night In a not so great part of town and he stayed with me at the location for my safety until my ride arrived.
