I was referred to this shop by my regular mechanic because they don’t do transmissions. Jim was very helpful, he referred me to a parts shop and I was able to get a transmission replacement with a three year warranty delivered to their shop. It was delivered early and the crew at Best Transmission was able two finish up the job quicker than expected! Very happy with their service!

Good honest people. The owner is great. He scanned my vehicle and could find nothing wrong. He recommended checking a few things on the vehicle and repair shop that could do those recommendations. Definitely recommend this place to anyone needing transmission repairs.

I will never take my vehicle anywhere else for transmission work. Jerry is a great communicator and very honest. He has saved my wife and I a substantial amount of money and I couldn’t recommended him more. If you want the best service you can get, go see him!

took my GMC here to get the transmission looked at jerry and jim was a lot of help i didn’t have to get my transmission worked on but he pointed me in the right direction and was very honest and i will for sure be back to see them if i have anymore issues.

Great people and honest. I was willing to spend more than I needed to out of frustration.... Jerry? I believe "talked me down" . started w one thing and that ended up being all that was needed. Rates are comparable to others but integrity seems to be way higher than most. Good to know they are there if needed!

Had eng seal leak. Jerry pulled trans and fixed leak and rebuilt drive shaft super fast service and very good prices nowadays

Called for my wifes Ford Escape, he gave me a quote for parts and labor. Got me in on a monday, had it back by friday. Fixed a couple other issues while it was apart. Kept me updated with phone calls along the way.

This place couldn't fix a flat tire if they had instructions they misdiagnosed my transmission didn't fix the problem and changed me more than he quoted me talk me out of doing what I was going to do in the first place if you want to transmission done right bring it to EJ's auto shop they do things right

"Absolutly wonderful on service and repair" I live in St Augustine Fla and there is nobody that does transmission repair in my town that i trust. After many phone calls with other transmission repair companys though out Clay and Jax's i was given estimates that was out of site on price. I found Best Transmission through a friend and made that dreadful call. After talking to Jerry and describing him the problem to him with my sons truck he gave me a price that i thought was reasonable. My sons truck was delivered on Monday and was repaired and ready for pickup by Wednesday, Cannot be more pleased with the professional work and instuction that he gave my son. I would recommend Best Transmission to do all of my repairs.

Wonderful experience with Best Transmission! Jerry was honest, helpful, and fair. Saved me big bucks by diagnosing my problem which turned out NOT to be a transmission issue, then directed me to a mechanic who quickly repaired my truck. I can't say enough about this place. I am completely satisfied!! If you want your transmission fixed right, come to these guys! They double check themselves and operate in a manner that’s so precise, that it’s almost military. They know what they’re doing. Thanks Jerry for rebuilding my 1990 Mercury Grand Marquis transmission. Adding the shifter kit was a great idea. I’m passing everything on the expressway.

It was recommended to me to take my truck here and I’m so glad I did. I drove up without an appointment, and they were able to look at it that same day to determine the problem. Jerry was so knowledgeable and friendly about the whole process. He walked me through what was wrong, what work he was going to do on it, and how he fixed it when he was done, which I appreciated. Love that it seemed to be a small family owned business and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

This is coming from my brother, Jason Sullivan. Jerry went above and beyond to make sure my family were taken care of. The entire staff was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jerry was heading out of town with his family but stopped what he was doing make sure we were safe and pointed in the right direction. I would diffently recommed this place!!!
