I was referred to this place by a friend, and their service was great. They were super fast, and I honestly couldn't believe how affordable my repair was. I rarely leave reviews, but this place was phenomenal.

Outstanding professional and courteous and quick repair service. Had a tire go down just prior to entering Kern Canyon hwy 178 an extremely dangerous road. Called 3 other shops who had 4 hour wait. Called Best Value after reading reviews, spoke with Fernando who said come by and they would be able to repair the tire quickly. They did just that... under 30 minutes, I was e expecting at least an hour. Now they are my go to service and am recommending to my friends in Bakersfield and those traveling through and need help.

Bad customer service they don’t know what they are doing had my car towed in the gave the tow truck drive a hard time on were to drop the car and said they don’t care if he drops it or not so I had them tow it across the street the other shop made room for the driver to drop the car. Never go there they suck.

Best value tire and service has been a great place to take my car. Yes they get very busy but they do great work. Little bit pricey but anymore these days who isn't. They do take their time but they do wonderful work. The place is always clean and the people who work there are friendly. Sometimes it's worth the wait by the time they get to your car. Plus for myself it's only a few blocks away from where I live. So if I have a severe problem I don't have to drive too far to get my car looked at.

Told me that the engine was blown after they changed the spark plugs on my daughter's car that was misfiring and the another mechanic fixed the problem by changing the spark plugs 👎🏿

Received an oil change and rear differential service. My experience was smooth as can be. It was easy to make an appointment and the shop is very responsive to any questions. I appreciate their customer service and look forward to coming back in the future.

Great place! Needed 2 new tires and an alignment done before driving to LA. Called to make sure they were in stock. Fit me in the next morning with excellent and speedy service. I highly recommend!

Terrible experience. My tire pressure light came on so I came in and asked if they could check it out. Didn’t think it would take an hour just to look at the tire pressure. I found the man working the front to have poor customer service. In my opinion, especially when anything is taking longer than usual, at least check in with your customers. After an hour I was told that I had a nail in each of my front tires and they could not be patched. At that point I was done and completely frustrated with their lack of customer service. I asked for my keys so I could leave. One of the mechanics brought my car around and my steering wheel was completely covered in Oil.! Thankfully I had some antibacterial wipes. There was oil all on his shoes as well as it was on the bottom part of my car. What a complete waste of time, lack of professionalism, disregard and disgraceful behavior for my vehicle.

Bad experience. They have good customer service but I think some of them are lazy to even check if there They charged me over $300 to fix my o2 sensor and to give a diagnostic. They told me I needed a new fuse box. Which would run me over $500. They said they couldn’t do the job since supposedly ford was on strike and it would be hard to get the part. I took it to another mechanic and the problem was just some wiring that costed me $90 to fix. Now my truck is running with out a new fuse box.

Don’t think twice to come here they have 5 stars for a reason Fernando was super helpful and made my experience great will definitely be going back for any service as they offer it all from brake jobs to fuel injector service 10/10 super quick aswell and great prices !
